The paper presents the tension regulator of the Shuttle thread of the sewing machine, which consists of an arc-shaped plate spring, has two holes, the first for fixing the screw to the side surface of the bobbin cap and the second for the adjusting screw. In this case, the width of the plate spring along the entire length is the same. A disadvantage of the known design of the Shuttle thread tension regulator is that it is not possible to provide thread tension due to changes in the pressure force of the plate spring along its length in the areas of contact with the thread passing between the plate and the side surface.

Having considered the views on this problem, the authors cite the relationship between the causes of suicide and the social phenomena of society. Particular attention is paid to the causes of teenage suicide, as well as the impact of social networks on the worldview of adolescents. The basic prerequisites of suicide are defined: alcoholism, drug addiction, depression. The article calls everyone to think over the meaning of life and over their life guides. The authors propose in the conclusion their own way of solving this problem.

The article explores the ways to optimize the size of the printed guide. As a result, being an edition with creolized text, the guide has components, which modernization will facilitate the introduction of interactive features into traditional genre model. As specific examples, the author offers to use activity elements in the printed guidebook from the formats that are widely used in children's literature, namely from the panorama book (three-dimensional images, inserts, paper engineering) and travel diary («journaling»).

Tourism and excursion services are a part of the socio-economical and cultural life of the community, they have organizational forms and technologies, so the discipline "Technology and organization of excursion services" occupies an important place among other academic disciplines in the preparation of specialists in the field of tourism. It has a great professional and ideological significance. The author emphasizes the fact that this subject contributes to the growth of professionalism, staines positively monotonous work on memorization, repetition or assimilation of information and emotionality of excursion actions activates all the mental processes and functions of the student.
