Primary medical documentation traces the patient's path during the therapeutic and diagnostic process and recreates in writing all therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, therapeutic behavior, diet, care and everything related to the patient visual representation of data, allows you to track the change in the condition and the therapeutic response of the patient to the treatment. Water has unique properties. The chemical composition of water is very important for humans, since a person 60-70% consists of water. My research was devoted to the study of the content in the water of the rivers of St. Petersburg of such chemical elements as iron and chlorine. The main work results are the following: calculated percentage of the trees leaf blades damage, the researcher has indicated the percentage of deciduous trees, damaged by noctuid moth, presented a phenocalendar of a noctuid moth Cosmia affinis development and the occurrence of pests’ frequency in number.

The article deals with the ecological problems of the Pavlodar-Irtysh Priirtyshye. For a long time, it was believed that the Pavlodar region in terms of pollution is not a problem region. Recently, ecologists of the region have been alarmed by the fact that in the short period, since the 1990s, the region has become a leader in the level of air pollution. Today, in terms of pollution level, the Pavlodar region takes the third place in the republic. One of the causes of pollution of the environment is the rapid development of industry. As a part of ecological support, our students, like many other residents of the Pavlodar region, are involved in cleaning up their native city and the Irtysh floodplain, as a favorable habitat is an important part of life and health of people.

The author concluded that the main limiting factor, affecting the increase in the number of bugs is a high moisture level in Almaty.

This article presents the results of microbiological tests of soils in emergency oil and gas facilities in Yakutia. The author found that in the process of self-healing soil is not sufficiently cleansed of hydrocarbon contamination and are in the environmental stress.
