The article examines the concept of plea agreement under the clause 61, article 5 of the Russian Federation Code of Criminal Procedure. The author came to a conclusion that the analyzed term “plea agreement” doesn’t reflect the idea of the term defined, thus does not provide common understanding.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of mediation procedure development. The Mediation Institute has come a long way to development until it was consolidated on a legislative basis, but still far from perfect, which hinders its effective application and its tasks, in particular: to be an alternative to the judiciary, thereby reducing the burden on courts and judges, from a large the number of cases that can be resolved using the mediation procedure. The author provides an opportunity to improve the mediation procedure by introducing amendments and additions to the legislation on mediation.

Within the enterprises, democracy and the democracy implementation have a basic content in the field of labor and employment. The democracy plays an important role at the enterprises that are implemented for the purpose of building and developing harmonious and stable labor relations with the participation of many stakeholders including trade union organizations as representatives of the protection of the workers’ rights and legitimate interests. The role of Vietnam trade union in building and developing harmony of labor relations is to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of democracy in business with more content and more concrete measures. This article mentions some questions about the role of Vietnam trade union in building, signing and executing and monitoring the implementation of collective agreements at enterprises.

The article analyzes Russian and Chinese legislation on the contract of sale of goods, which contains many general provisions, but there are peculiarities due to the difference between the legal systems of Russia and China. Consistently the authors compare the legal regulation of defining the purchase and sale agreement elements which are the parties to the contract, subject, price, term, form and content of the contract. The provisions of Russian and Chinese legislation on liability for non-performance or improper performance of the purchase and sale agreement are noted.

The article presents the correlation and regression analysis of the influence of the Central Bank tools of Russian monetary policy on its aims. Such analysis is the basic method of estimating monetary policy efficiency by means of quantity-related parameters. The results outlined by the authors prove the lack of efficiency of influencing tools: inflation, money supply and the exchange rate.

The article discusses ways to minimize the tax revenues to the state budget, which allow to increase all the financial resources of the enterprise for its development.
