This research aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the psychosocial adaptation of managers and coaches in a sports organization. The study involved 22 mangers and 30 coaches (32 men and 20 women). Roger's and Dymond's questionnaire was used in the study. According to the results of the study, managers had significantly (p <.05) higher estimates of the adaptation, self-acceptance, internality and tendency to dominate than coaches. No significant differences were found between estimates of components as acceptance of others, emotional comfort, tendency to deception and avoiding problems.

This research was aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the emotional intelligence of basketball coaches. The study involved 22 basketball coaches (12 men and 10 women). The concept of emotional intelligence in this research as- the ability to regulate social and emotional behavior. Schutte inventory was used in the study. According to the results of the study, women had significantly (p <.05) higher estimates of the perception of emotion and managing other people's emotions of the components of emotional intelligence, while men had higher estimates of managing one's emotions. The component using emotions scores were higher in women, but insignificantly.

Целью работы является наиболее эффективная организация подготовки спортивного резерва и организационно-методической работы в ГБУ СШОР по легкой атлетике. Новизна исследования заключается в обобщении опыта подготовки спортивного резерва в СШОР, в основании организационно-правовых аспектов создания и функционирования СШОР и выявлении особенностей эффективного тренировочного процесса. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности использования обобщающего опыта работы СШОР и внедрения результатов подготовки спортивного резерва в практику работы учреждения.

The aim of the study is to answer the question of whether there are significant differences in the professional burnout among different age swimming coaches. To achieve this goal, the CBQ questionnaire was used for investigation of burnout among sport coaches. The results showed that coaches of "middle" age (31-60 years) have a higher scores of burnout compared to coaches under the age of 30 years.

This paper states, that in modern society in order to achieve a successful development of coach’es career it is no longer enough to only have a knowledge of how to apply theory to practise, be creative or be able to attract new athletes. In order to achieve not only good sports results, but as well to develop oneself as a professional coach and have a successful career, new ways and factors of how to do that have to be found. This paper is going to analyze what these ways and factors are, according to coaches themselves.

В данной статье приведены данные о самбистах и тренерах Республики Карелия. Отражена эффективность функционирования карельской школы самбо.

В данной статье автор поднимает актуальную проблему развития самбо как вида спорта в сфере развития физической культуры в Карелии. Показано, что тренерам по самбо необходимы знания и умения для подбора и формирования навыков выполнения индивидуальных приемов у молодых самбистов и их шлифовки у спортсменов высокой квалификации.

В данной работе рассмотрены история, состояние развития самбо в Республике Карелия. Приведены данные о лучших самбистах и тренерах республики, а также об их лучших результатах. В статье обозначены проблемы развития самбо в республике. Отражена целесообразность включения в комплекс ГТО элементов национальной борьбы самбо, прежде всего – самостраховки и страховки.
