The article deals with the significance of the formation of family values in preschool children in the conditions of preschool educational institution. The theoretical foundations necessary for successful education of children in love and respect for family, its traditions and history are investigated.

The article examines the current problem of insufficient involvement of parents in the educational process of preschool educational institutions and substantiates the need for their active participation for the harmonious development of the child. The reasons for parents' passivity are analyzed and effective strategies for transforming their role from an observer to a full-fledged partner are proposed. Special attention is paid to methods of establishing open communication, educating parents, organizing joint activities and an individual approach. It is emphasized that the active interaction of the family and preschool institutions contributes to improving the quality of the educational process, building trust and creating a unified development space.

The article considers basic semantic meanings of the "home" and "family" concepts in English and Lezghin languages, according to their reflection in dictionaries of words, synonyms and reference-books in both languages.

Parents and their attitude to the adolescent may be a condition in which they can reduce the impact of environmental factors on the propensity for deviant behavior , and to prevent the formation and manifestation of various forms of deviant behavior . The article presents the results of the study the relationship between the propensity for deviant behavior in adolescence and style of parental attitudes toward adolescent .
