The article presents the method of case-study. The use of this method, could have a positive effect on speech training of students, due to the consideration of real-life situations. According to the authors the main goal of this method is to receive knowledge and to improve them during practice.

The article discusses the ways of problem solving in the sphere of pedagogical education to prepare teachers for lifelong professional self-development. The analysis and fulfillment of requirements of modern educational standards help to solve the problem of training future teachers based on system-activity approach, using personal experience of students and modern technologies. The article describes the process of pedagogical high school students’ ethnocultural competence formation while teaching psychological disciplines cycle.
