The following article investigates vocationally-orientated educational environment based on fundamental and technical knowledge connection applying modern design systems. CAD/CAE/CAL-technology appliance in the process of construction- technology treatment of production and interaction with industrial enterprises of the region are arranged in high school.

First year students should master three forms of academic speech style: an oral report on the professionally-oriented topic; an oral type of the academic speech i.e. a lecture, and a written form of the academic speech – authentic textbooks reading. The developed technology of professional language training promotes the performance of foreign students; teaches to characterize and describe the objects; provide strong argumentation of their choice; allows to understand how to use the language successfully as a means of obtaining professionally valuable information.

This article analyzed and studied the aesthetic, psychological, technological aspects of designing of educational books, toys for preschool children that allows using games to adjust, improve, and develop in children the necessary mental properties and personality, to adapt them to social life.
