The prospects of production in ecologically safe transport packaging containers for transportation and storage of nuclear fuel waste are considered in Petrozavodsk. For this purpose, new technological and technical solutions have been patented.

It is shown that the formed knowledge base is an important factor in the development of new technical solutions for the transportation and storage of spent nuclear fuel for reactors of nuclear power plants. The patented solutions are given.

В данной статье рассматривается роль подвижных игр в формировании гибкости и ловкости старших дошкольников. При систематичной и комплексной работе можно успешно формировать данные качества благодаря специально созданным педагогическим условиям, таким как поэтапное разучивание движений, сознательный перенос двигательного опыта детей в игровую деятельность, оптимальный подбор подвижных игр, комплексное использование приёмов формирования качеств с учётом анатомо-физиологических и психологических особенностей детей.

Целью этого исследования было изучение микроэлементов и полисахаридов в Cladonia rangiferina в зависимости от мест произрастания для оценки лекарственного сырья. В настоящее время, несмотря на большие успехи современной медицины и фармакологии, вопросы по изучению и поиску лекарственных растений остаются актуальными. На территории Якутии насчитывает около 300 видов лекарственных растений, местное лекарственное сырье почти не используется населением, одними из которых является лишайники. В результате проведенного анализа в экстрактах Cladonia rangiferina были обнаружены макроэлементы K, Ca, Mn, Na, а также микроэлементы Fe, Mg, Cu, Ni, Zn, Sr, Cr, Ba. Наибольшее содержание свинца, никеля и цинка обнаружены в слоевищах Cladonia rangiferina собранных в северной Якутии (с. Саскылах), не превышающие ПДК. Количественное содержание комплекса полисахаридов в Cladonia rangiferina, Северной Якутии (с. Саскылах) увеличился на 12,73% по сравнению с слоевищами лишайников Центральной Якутии (г. Покровск).

В статье автор выделяет три периода возрождения генетики в СССР после того, как окончился период лысенковщины и генетика перестала считаться «лженаукой». Все они неразрывно связаны с историей становления отечественной молекулярной биологии. Первый из них относится ещё к хрущевскому времени и ведет свой отсчет с середины 1950-х гг. Второй период – бурное развитие генетики после Октябрьского Пленума ЦК КПСС в 1964 г., отстранившего Н.С. Хрущева от власти, после чего влияние Лысенко рухнуло окончательно. Третий период – 1970–1980-е годы. В статье на основе архивных и опубликованных данных разбираются отличительные черты этих периодов и динамика становления соответствующих научных и учебных учреждений.

Опухоли и опухолевидные образования яичников являются часто встречающейся патологией и составляют 19–25% среди всех опухолей женских половых органов. Большинство опухолей яичников являются доброкачественными и составляют 70–80%. Среди них наиболее часто встречаются эпителиальные образования 22,86% и зрелые тератомы 15,7% (Фофонова И.Ю., 2009). Тератома яичника – это один из видов герминогенных опухолей. Этиология связана с аномальным эмбриогенезом, в течение которого происходит хромосомный сбой. В результате из полипотентного эпителия формируются тератомы (Ben-David U., Benvenisty N., 2011). По данным В.Н. Чайки, зрелые тератомы составляют 10–30%, а по результатам исследований других авторов до 70,8% всех доброкачественных образований яичников.

В данной статье сделана попытка отражения образования различных путей создания бессточных ТЭС и АЭС. Приведены примеры действующих систем. Отмечено, что для создания бессточных ТЭС и АЭС необходимы устройства очистки локальных загрязненных стоков и рациональная подпитка свежей водой системы замкнутого водоиспользования, чтобы компенсировать ее естественные потери.

In the All-Russian Plant Quarantine Center the DEBUZZZER, dried diatomite powder of light beige color, has been presented by the Diamix Company for official testing in order to obtain the state registration of the Ministry of Agriculture. This article presents the results of laboratory studies of the DEBUZZZER preparation based on the diatomite against pests of stocks while processing wheat grain. It also shows the effectiveness of the DEBUZZZER against adult species of grain and rice weevils, their total death occurred on the 6th and 14th days accordingly, and the weight loss was up to 50%. The authors present the susceptibility to this drug by the imago of large and small meal worm, which was used to process the grain, and it caused 100% mortality on the 6th and 14th days and a decrease in the weight of test objects by 41.8 and 60.6%, accordingly. The vital activity of the larvae of the yellow mealworm beetle has decreased as a result of weight loss by 41.8%. However, the larvae remained viable and developed till pupal stage and imago despite weight loss, and death was indicated in only 6.7% of the species. The DEBUZZZER diatom powder implementation was not effective enough against the larvae of two species of Trogodermaspp.: khapra beetle and warehouse beetle, their mortality was 11.7 and 3.3% on the 20th day, accordingly. According to the authors, more frequent processing of the stored products is necessary for successful pest control.

Исследователями методом атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии на спектрометре с индуктивно-связанной плазмой изучено содержание ряда металлов – загрязнителей водных экосистем, в образцах проб воды, взятых из 11 озёр, расположенных в 4 районах Тверской области. По результатам проведённого исследования сделан вывод об удовлетворительном состоянии элементного химического состава вод изученных озерных экосистем Тверской области, что свидетельствует об их определённой адаптации к оказываемым антропогенным нагрузкам.
