«Process-based approach to cost management and results: fundamental principles»
В данной статье рассматривается история возникновения процессного подхода, сущность системы процессно-ориентированного управления затратами и результатами, раскрывается содержание понятия «бизнес-процесс». Проанализированы качественные характеристики бизнес-процесса. Обозначены результаты внедрения процессно-ориентированного управления затратами и результатами. Приведена модель экономики бизнеса предприятия, которая позволила бы формировать информацию о бизнес-процессах в системе учета и планирования, позволяющей составить бюджеты в разрезе бизнес-процессов, учитывать фактические данные и сопоставлять полученные результаты с указанием ответственного за выполнение каждого технологического процесса и бизнес-процесса в целом.

«Features of risk-based approach to the management of small and medium-sized businesses»
The article observes the notion of risk-based approach, proves its relevance in small and medium-sized businesses management, which is especially important in a current difficult situation in the country. The author gives a definition of the risk-based approach, describes its application in business management, and describes the major risks of doing business in the Russian market. Moreover, the paper explains the role and the necessity of applying risk-based approach to small and medium-sized businesses management.

«Application of score-rating system evaluating student's achievements at discipline "Foreign language" at non-linguistic speciality "Psychological and pedagogical education»
In this article, the author emphasizes the importance of the use of score-rating system (BSR) to evaluate the achievements of students, due to the need to improve the efficiency of the educational process. The presented results of 1st course students survey suggest that the BRC - the development of a rating of competition, promotion of systematic work, tracking the dynamics of individual trajectory of student development in the context of technological cards estimating the achievements of students, as well as independent work teach students self-education throughout his life.

The author investigates the problems that higher musical education has to face while it is adapting to the reforms introduced by the Bologna process. It is analysed how the peculiar content of musical education can comply with general requirements of competence-oriented education. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to create an alternative reform plan that would establish rules for creating a unified educational environment in institutions of higher musical education.

«Play and Dialogue as Tools for the Correction of Socio-Communicative Development in Middle Preschool-Aged Children»
In modern educational practice, there is an increasing number of preschool children with impairments in the socio-communicative sphere. The aim of this work was to develop and test a system of corrective educational work aimed at developing communication skills in children of the middle group through play activities and dialogic interaction. The methodology is based on the principles of L.S. Vygotsky's cultural-historical approach and D.B. Elkonin's theory of play activity. After a year of systematic work, 90% of the children developed stable skills in resolving conflicts through verbal means, the number of aggressive manifestations significantly decreased, and the proportion of cooperative play activities increased. The results obtained demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods and can be recommended for use in preschool educational institutions.

«Audit in conditions of uncertainty and crisis: methodological challenges and areas of adaptation in 2024-2025»
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of auditing activities in the context of geo-economic instability in 2024-2025. The study is based on data from a representative sample of audit companies and respondents from the real sector of the economy. Key trends in the digitalization of audit procedures have been identified, and changes in the regulatory framework for auditing activities have been analyzed. Practical recommendations have been developed for the implementation of hybrid audit models combining traditional methods with artificial intelligence and big data analysis technologies. Methods for assessing the risks of business continuity in the context of sanctions pressure and turbulence in global markets are proposed.
