The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment that was conducted with the purpose of revealing the effectiveness of the use of physical exercises in classes with children. Describes the exercises performed by students in the classroom in a play form. The following methods were used in the work: analysis and generalization of scientific and scientific-methodical literature on the research topic; anthropometric methods of research; physiological methods of research; assessment of ph
