The article discusses teacher professionalism in Kazakhstan. According to the author, the problem of intensification should be solved immediately. Teachers should be given more autonomy and workload should be reduced.

The article considers some psychological conditions of the teacher-linguist’s professional personality development at the stage of choosing career, at the stage of mastering profession and at the stage of realization oneself in profession. The author has also noted that a high level of creativity might contribute to the teacher-linguist’s professional personality development and to the teacher-linguist’s professionalism.

Professional competence of an expert is a prominent level of his/her integrated philosophical, sociological, culturological knowledge, and skill, ability and willingness to use them in his/her work. Professional activity of a teacher is provided by his/her competence, level, and quality of formed professional competences. The article presents the main point, content of professional competence of a teacher. It also describes some conditions, ways, methods, and results of research work on the forming of professional competences of student teachers in the Pedagogical Institute of M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University.

In this article the realization of organizational-methodical support of professional development of a person at a stage «the entrant – the student – the expert » is considered from the point of view of existing experience of vocational guidance bases development which should be generalized and led to uniform system to increase the efficiency, taking into account social partnership of school, university and employer.

Lack of training of deputies is deterioration in the quality of the work of representative bodies, and only the introduction of specific requirements will help to solve this problem. These requirements are determined by an analysis of not only modern legislation, but the scientific papers on the subject. The result should be the introduction of mandatory requirements to the deputies, their special training, as well as the body supervising the activities of parliamentary associations.

The author discusses the aspects of marketing development in the country, its evolution and transformation. Marketing as a science appeared in the Russian Federation after the transition state structure from a centralized to a market system. The very novelty of the subject, and especially a large flow of information, marketing in education very often leads even the experts are stumped, not to mention those who only starts to study this discipline. The challenge now facing us is to convey more detailed information and at the same time in reasonable form.
