В представленной статье приводятся результаты научного исследования по оценке возможностей формирования качественных переходных характеристик в системе электропривода с оптимальным регулятором. В результате исследования авторами были получены опытные данные, обобщение которых позволило составить некоторые рекомендации для последующего использования при синтезе оптимального регулятора.

The author of the article notes that interest to the problems of education philosophy is due to anthropological crisis, the need for interpretation in these terms the unique nature of the serights in the context of the goals of modern education. In the terms of education reformation in the Republic of Kazakhstan humanistic potential of philosophy of education is updated, aimed at forming a fully developed individual, free and responsible person. Philosophy of education is based on the effective recognition of the value, originality, integrity, personality, of his right to the free development and expression of their abilities. With its potential for deep and adequate understanding of the phenomenon of a man, philosophy of education sets the benchmark and the basis for the humanization of modern educational theory and practice.

In recent years, the anthropogenic impact started to have more negative impact on the environment, living organisms of the globe and the wildlife of “Sarkent” Natural Park as well. Since 2009, there have been conducted a scientific and industrial expedition with scientists from the Department of Biology, Batken State University. As a result of these researches it was found out that 38 species of mammals live in the park. In this regard, the essential tasks of “Sarkent” Natural Park were defined as solving the problem of mammal protection.

On the basis of quantitative data, collected by means of routing method in a number of landscapes of the Katun recreational area in the Republic of Altai, it is shown in this article that the touristic activity impacts ambiguously on the reptiles and amphibians’ population. The character of the changes in the population depends on the intensity of the touristic activity, and on the humidity degree of this or that area. Within areas with moderate and low humidity high degree of recreation impacts basically negatively; in more humid areas on the contrary it promotes growth species richness, total abundance and diversity.

The relevance of the work due to the need to assess areas of Auliekol district to identify land with a low coefficient of natural protection areas. The purpose of the work is to evaluate ecological and economic balance of Auliekol district of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author applied a method of assessment of environmental and economic balance taking into account the anthropogenic load. To study the state of the object on a regional scale choice as the basis of analysis of the structure of land seems the most adequate, since it is a device of land use objectively reflects the current state of industrial, agricultural, and recreational impacts. The complex assessment of ekologo-economic balance of the territory of Auliekol area ratio of the major categories of land use, taking into account the intensity of anthropogenic load. Coefficient of natural protected areas and analyzed emerging trends in the changing ecological and economic condition. The calculations show that the status of the research area at the moment in General, can be defined as moderately transformed, but clearly there is a tendency the increase of negative phenomena – is the increment of the land subjected to anthropogenic impact

В статье раскрывается актуальность формирования у детей старшего дошкольного возраста ключевых компетентностей в практике экологического образования для обеспечения дошкольнику умения свободно ориентироваться в многообразии окружающей действительности, а также для успешного обучение в школе.

В данной статье рассмотрена проблема лечения акромегалии. В работе представлены современные представления о хирургическом и нехирургическом лечении соматотропином. Приведены отличительные особенности клинической картины акромегалии. Выделены методы, направленные на уточнение диагноза акромегалии. Раскрыты способы лечения исследуемого заболевания.

В данной работе рассмотрена развивающая среда как средство самостоятельного изучения природы и знакомства с окружающей средой. В статье описана экологическая тропа, имеющаяся на территории МДОУ «Д/С №12 с. Ближняя Игуменка.

The author presents the approaches, criterion and methods for determining the status of urban areas with regard to impact on the biota of man-made pollution, which differ in qualitative and quantitative composition of pollutants.

The authors investigated physical development of kindergarten preparatory group children by recording anthropometric indicators and using Romberg tests to assess balance. Deviations in the harmonious development of children with musculoskeletal system disorders were revealed, as well as the decline in motor coordination indicators. A selection of developmental / remedial exercises for prevention of of the musculoskeletal system disorders in children was carried out.
