The article discusses the current problems of prosecutorial supervision in the field of fire safety in maritime and inland waterway transport. Despite sufficient independence, the existence of a hierarchical, strictly subordinate system of executive authorities and supervisory powers, the federal state fire supervision bodies are the object of prosecutorial supervision.

In this article, the conditions and features of providing federal and regional government services and municipal, market services are discussed, and the efforts of volunteer fire brigades, as well as companies and citizens, are highlighted. As a result of their interaction, a system of interconnected complementary services is established.

Polymer materials have become widespread in the modern construction industry due to their cheapness and variety. With regard to their popularity at the present time there can appear the issues of their toxic and fire danger. The work has studied the samples of two floor synthetic building materials. The results of the determination of the fire hazard indicators of materials (combustibility, flammability, smoke ratio) showed their compliance with the current certificates. The authors have studied the properties of gaseous combustion products of samples by the method of thermal analysis and FTIR analysis. The results of chloride ions analysis according the formula of Maxwell-Mohr in thermolysis products indicate the toxicity of the materials studied.

The article has studied the main points of fire safety of forest in Russia. The order of actions of the relevant services and the people behavior during the fire season. Examining this issue, the author revealed shortcomings and vulnerabilities of large fire prevention system and imperfection of the legislative side of the issue and stated their reasons.

The authors develop a security system of rules and norms of behavior in the eco-farm, allowing not only to protect the staff from work-related injuries, but also to positively effect on business development.
