The paper considers the influence of intracorporate communications on the organization's personnel management system. Internal corporate communications are one of the most important factors that directly affect the productivity and motivation in a company. The formation and improvement of the internal communications system and the correct usage of internal communication tools in the company's personnel management activities allow to achieve high efficiency and help build a strong HR brand.

The paper seeks to examine opportunities to create multi-agent systems (MAS) in the service sector. Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. The article reviews the purpose and tasks of satellite monitoring of railway transport, reveals the development of global satellite navigation systems of the US, Russia, EU and China – space and user segments; of ground telecommunications satellite systems – control segments of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou; domestic developments in satellite technology.
