The article deals with the review of the first years of the Department of Monumental and Decorative Painting of «St.Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art’s and Design» (Mukhina Leningrad Higher Arts and Crafts College). Education, realized projects of teachers, masters and technologists, who were invited to work first at the department, are studied. The origins of features formation in the approach to the muralists training at the department as a model of the original «school» are being considered.

The monograph is devoted to practical issues of electronic research libraries use in the educational process as an important interaction tool that provides substantial support to different categories of users, in particular, scientists, researchers, students and people using reliable materials in their professional activities, as well as their development as one from the most effective ways of preserving the cultural and scientific heritage. Particular attention is paid to characterizing the possibility of using scientific electronic libraries in the processes of bibliography and bibliographic services by researchers. The authors considered the most key areas of electronic libraries application, as well as the main issues related to their use.

The deposit policy plays a special role in the funding of Russian banks, which is caused by the prevalence of deposit sources in the structure of the resource base of credit institutions. The change in the conditions for raising funds in the economy with considerable volatility causes the expediency of continuous improvement of the methodological foundations in the formation of deposit resources, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The authors summarize the existing scientific base in the field of deposit policy development, the factors affecting the effectiveness of its implementation are presented. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the deposit policy forms not only a large part of the bank's resources, but also its credit potential, and the effectiveness of financial activity. Therefore, any innovations in this area are possible only with stable financial stability, in any other economic conditions, commercial banks will seek to retain liquidity by improving approaches to the most developed and attractive client segments.

The process of drilling wells using the automatic control system of the digital electric drive of the drilling winch (Simoreg 6RA7088), which belongs to the main drives of the drilling rig is considered in this paper. The productivity and efficiency of the drive of the drilling winch depends on the productivity and efficiency of the drilling rig as a whole. The author convincingly reveals and proves the advantages of using the electric drive Simoreg 6RA7088–6KS22: increase in durability and re-liability; reduction of commissioning and repair work; the decrease in the number of staff; increased productivity and economic efficiency from the installation of a DC motor with controlled by microprocessor Converter Simoreg 6RA7088–6KS22, compared with the DC motor controlled by thyristor voltage Converter of the type KTU-K14-UHL1.

The monograph is devoted to the revision need of operating financial analysis tools for increase in effectiveness of crisis management. The main trends and primary factors of an unstable financial status of market subjects are discovered. The decrease in practical value of models of the bankruptcy forecasting is proved and need for a process approach in managing their financial status. Crisis management analysis should be supplemented with the profound characteristic of the organization assets, estimates of resources use efficiency, which are available for it. The results of a research promote timely restructuring and maintaining stability of business. The recommendations on improvement of an assessment technique and mobilization of internal reserves of the companies to strengthen the financial status are offered.

The present monograph gives a brief overview of the latest achievements in biosensor and multiplex immunological methods of research. The role of immunological researches in such scientific fields as human and animal infection disease detection, biosafety and biosecurity, food safety, environmental safety is discussed. The different types of immunological tests design have been described briefly; some formats of tests are shown in figures. The references are sufficient to allow the reader to examine interesting areas more deeply. The selected examples of biosensor and multiplex immunological methods are classified through their research format and their detection strategy. In conclusion, prospects of multiplex test system use as an immunological method of research for infectious diseases diagnostics is given.

The monograph contains research of background radiation of the population from natural radionuclides in the premises of the Lower Volga region and presents methods of protection against the influence of natural radionuclides. Direct studies have established the absorbed dose rate of the Lower Volga region in the premises of wooden, brick and concrete buildings. The frequency distribution of the effective specific activity of natural radionuclides in building materials is analyzed. It has been established that the dose received by the body over a long period leads to more serious damage than the same dose received in a short period.

This paper is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of light-geometry of the "vacuum" based on the axiomatics of the Algebra of signatures. In this part of the light-geometry of the "vacuum" the general dynamics of the vacuum layers is considered, from which under certain conditions "vacuum electrostatics" follow. The ways of studying vacuum layers rotation inside nuclear of stable vacuum formations, in particular inside the nuclear of the "electron" and "positron", are outlined.

The properties of a composition based on modified polyethylenes have been studied in the work. Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomers were obtained on the basis of ethylene-propylene elastomers and high-density polyethylene by the two methods: in the first case, as a modifying agent sulfur-containing compounds (altax, sulfur) were used, and in the second – MAC. Thermoplastic elastomers of the series A were obtained as a result of a combination of the original polymer components melt on the mill rolls at a temperature of 433–453 K° at the gap between them 0.2 mm. After crystalline thermoplastic melting ethylene copolymer problemby EPS and structuring agents were added. To achieve a good homogenization milling was carried out for 25 minutes. Formulation of the compositions had the following composition (pts. wt): EPDM – 100; HDPE – 10–80; dicumyl peroxide 1–2.

The author in this monograph speaks of differentiation and individualization in teaching as a factor of development of bachelor student’s creative abilities. He draws attention to the history of the differentiation emergence and individual approaches in teaching.

The methodology is aimed to minimize project risks through the ability to focus on the most valuable requirements as a result of open and transparent processes. The use of Agile-technology allows you to optimize costs, to reduce significantly the amount of documentation and to make the development process more creative and unique.

The monograph deals with the content of tax control forms and new tax instruments, the use of which is aimed at fiscal performance increasing, the formation of fair competition, improving the business climate. The statistical tax reporting of the Federal tax service of Russia, characterizing efficiency and effectiveness of tax control is analyzed.
