The article explores different aspects of the concept «stupidity» presented in Russian and Vietnamese phraseology, proverbs and sayings. Based on the comparative analysis of Russian and Vietnamese stable expressions, united by the concept «stupidity», it is concluded that in most characteristics the understanding of this concept in Russian and Vietnamese coincide. The most important non-matching characteristic of the concept «stupidity» is that Russian linguoculture is characterized by ambivalent understanding of stupidity, in the light of which stupidity can be a phenomenon closely related to cunning, and Vietnamese linguoculture is characterized by a more unambiguous assessment of stupidity.

In the article, in the case of phraseology of the thematic group «Mind-stupidity», various methodological developments are presented that contribute to better assimilation of this group of stable expressions in the Vietnamese audience. Special emphasis is placed on exercises based on a transfer method, designed to teach Russian in a Vietnamese audience by Vietnamese teachers.

The article discusses the features of gaming technologies usage in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language at the initial stage and various positive aspects of gaming technologies usage in the learning process. It is concluded that games contribute to overcoming the psychological barrier that arises in all students studying a foreign language. The article also analyzes the types of games presented in one of the most popular textbooks on Russian as a foreign language – the «Road in Russia» educational complex. In conclusion, it is stated that role-playing games are the kind of games most organically combined with the tasks of teaching Russian as a foreign language.

В статье анализируются фразеологизмы тематической группы «смерть», представленной во вьетнамской фразеологии. Делается вывод о классификации представлений о смерти, характерных для вьетнамской лингвокультуры, по 4 основным тематическим блокам: 1) смерть как дыхание; 2) смерть – сон; 3) жесты, связанные со смертью; 4) места, связанные со смертью. В заключении делается вывод о том, что вьетнамские фразеологизмы отличаются очень сильной степенью наглядности и образности

В статье говорится о вкладах государственных служащих о роли гражданского общества во Вьетнаме. Отраженные данные были собраны путем анализа 600 вопросников в пяти крупных городах Вьетнама, включая Ханой, Дананг, Нячанг, Хошимин и Биньзыонг, в 2013 году. Первоначально три области, в которых гражданское общество во Вьетнаме сыграло позитивную роль, включают: 1) образование и обучение, 2) разработку политики и 3) охрану окружающей среды. Двумя наиболее эффективными действиями являются профессиональная подготовка и благотворительность, гуманитарная помощь. Наиболее эффективные общественные движения следующие: 1) благотворительные, 2) ориентированные на интересы малоимущих и 3) направленные на поддержку исследований. В организациях гражданского общества (ОГО) группа средств массовой информации является группой, зафиксировавшей наивысшую производительность. Во-вторых, группы ОГО тесно связаны с Коммунистической партией, такими как Отечественный Фронт, Всеобщая Конфедерация труда и Лига молодежи.
