The article considers the problem of asphalt-resin-parrafin deposits (ARP) in wells producing, causes and the mechanism of their loss. The paper lists methods of prevention and removal of paraffin. В данной статье автором рассмотрены подходы к определению понятия событийного менеджмента, определены требования к управлению событием, обозначены заинтересованные стороны события и описан круг их интересов. Особое внимание уделено современным проблемам event‐менеджмента. Показаны возможности профессионального управления событием в деятельности учреждений дополнительного образования для детей и подростков.
