Inventions patented in Russia and useful models on the design of fire engines and equipment for operation in the Far North and the Arctic are considered.

The article considers the influence of various natural and climate conditions of the Republic of Tajikistan on the formation of new towns and cities. The climate conditions are closely interconnected with the landscape, namely valleys, foothills, low mountains, and the highland nature of the terrain, and requires various architectural and planning adjustments.

On the basis of statistical analysis of data on the consequences of manifestations of dangerous natural processes revealed patterns of their manifestations in space and time. The periods of time of increase of total number of events and emergency are allocated.

Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.

According to the authors, foreign direct investments have a significant role in the economic development of each country. The analysis revealed that 34.3% change in export growth in Armenia and 13.7% in the world is conducted by FDI growth. This fact shows that Armenian export is more related to the FDI changes. Therefore, unlike global data, FDI growth in RA leads to decrease of export growth. This should be a signal for RA Government to implement a more effective policy for attracting foreign investments, leading the investors to the sectors, which have a comparative or competitive advantages in the foreign market.

The means of realizing our goals is to create a greenhouse for growing flower seedlings, necessary in gardening, when creating flower beds, as well as for growing vegetables. When designing a greenhouse, the question of choosing the most effective design became. At present, the most common is the arched construction of the greenhouse. From our point of view, it has a number of shortcomings. Thus, considering all the drawbacks of the arch structure, we came to a fairly simple project.

The article presents data on the study of the cohesion of 115 students from the faculty of dentistry at Burdenko Voronezh State Medical University. The study revealed that students have high and medium favorable psychological climate. 99 of them have the average level of group cohesion, and 16 revealed a low level of this indicator. To improve the educational process and interpersonal relations, these results must be taken into account when forming groups.

The article presents the results of studying the influence of various schemes of planting seed tubers of Jerusalem artichoke on the rate of plant growth and development in the soil and climatic conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Differences in the rate of growth and development of plants are revealed, depending on the varietal features of Jerusalem artichoke and the density of their standing. The most optimal scheme for planting tubers of Jerusalem artichoke is 70x40 cm.
