This article brings together previously published evidence of the unified nature of physical processes and phenomena in terms of changes in the energy of a substance molecule. The unified physical nature of all these physical phenomena has been proven, as a single multistage process of energetic unpacking of molecules of a substance, which is logical to call the molecular-energy concept of unpacking a substance. The considered processes include the following processes. Surface rupture, characterized by the surface tension coefficient. The melting process of a substance characterized by its melting point. A boiling process characterized by the boiling point. Evaporation (and condensation) process characterized by internal energy and enthalpy as well as critical point. The conclusions of the theory are confirmed by well-known empirical dependences and by reference books of the physical properties of simple substances: internal energy, enthalpy, surface tension, melting point, boiling point and critical point.

The article examines the internal picture of the disease with the help of the Personal questionnaire of the Behterev Institute (LOBI) in 63 patients with arterial hypertension. The results confirm and reinforce previous studies on the internal picture of the disease in patients with arterial hypertension that the predominant type of attitude towards the disease is the neurasthenic and anxious type.

Based on the physical model of «unpacking» a fluid, published in 1983 to explain the physical nature of surface tension, an explanation of capillary phenomena was proposed. The unified physical nature of the condensation process and the processes in the capillaries expressed in terms of the surface tension of the liquid is proved. To prove the applicability of the «unpacking» model for capillary phenomena, an empirical Borelli-Jurin formula for determining the height of fluid lifting in capillaries was theoretically derived depending on the magnitude of the surface tension. The assumptions under which the formula is obtained are indicated. In addition, the article proposes a new formula for determining the maximum height of liquid lift in the capillaries, depending on the critical temperature of the liquid and the molecular weight of the liquid.

Complex clinical laboratory studying and correction of a vegetative homeostasis at patients with kalkulyozny cholecystitis is executed. In group of comparison carried out in the postoperative period the intensive therapy (IT) by standard methods, in the main group added pharmacological correction of activity of sympathetic and parasympathetic departments of VNS. Tension of vegetative regulation in the main group was much lower, in comparison in group of comparison.

The article provides the results of 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring of 106 women with arterial hypertension with hypoestrogenemia with “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity. When analyzing the nature and structure of dysrhythmia, it is established that frequent and allorhythmic supraventricular extrasystoles are registered more often among women with arterial hypertension with estradiol deficiency with “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity, than among patients without “metabolically healthy” abdominal obesity. Similar trends can be observed in the frequency of occurrence of ventricular rhythm disturbances.

The article contains the results of holter ECG monitoring of 78 women with arterial hypertension of the II stage in the late fertile period with diagnosed left ventricular hypertrophy with hypoestrogenemy with "metabolically healthy" visceral obesity (MHVO) at the outpatient stage and the frequency of episodes of SMI in this category of patients. Patients with hypertension with concentric LVH have a greater potential for the development of relative coronary insufficiency, than women with its eccentric option. Limitation of coronary perfusion and reduced relaxation properties of hypertrophied myocardium in women with hypertension in late fertile period with diagnosed LVH may be a pathophysiological basis of the mechanism of myocardial ischemia, which is manifested in the form of episodes of SMI, which is significantly more often (p < 0,05) occurs in patients with metabolic "morbid"obesity.

The relevance of the work due to the need to assess areas of Auliekol district to identify land with a low coefficient of natural protection areas. The purpose of the work is to evaluate ecological and economic balance of Auliekol district of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author applied a method of assessment of environmental and economic balance taking into account the anthropogenic load. To study the state of the object on a regional scale choice as the basis of analysis of the structure of land seems the most adequate, since it is a device of land use objectively reflects the current state of industrial, agricultural, and recreational impacts.
