Ideological and political studies in higher education in China are present in all disciplines, many universities have included relevant requirements in the curriculum. Universities in China have actively pursued research projects and pedagogical tests and gained significant experience. Despite the fact that this idea is already five years old, some factors that impede its effective practical application are still present. This article discusses these factors and analyzes their share in education.

This article discusses the role of cooperation between Russia and China in the energy sector in the conditions of de-dollarization. Trends in the development of relations between the two countries are formulated. Finally, it is concluded that the partnership between Russia and China is united by a common goal to resist the international system, which is dominated by the West. Their relationship is tactical and opportunistic, but increasingly compatible with economic, political and security interests.

The article discusses the current stage of evolution of China’s economic model which is called the «New normality». The author emphasizes that «New normality» is the stage of creating a new economic development model, involving the process of changing the extensive type of economic growth through the use of cheap labor power to the intensive type based on innovations, growing domestic demand. The conditions of transition to a new model, changes in economic policy, and the result that they want to achieve when implementing this model to the Chinese economy are shown.

The phenomenon of censorship is often associated with Chinese literature. Indeed, all works that are planned for publishing, are subjected to control. This article is devoted to the study of the extent to which censorship affects the linguistic side of the issue and, in particular, the possibility of using peculiar elements of colloquial style. Furthermore, the article also considers the events of the XX century, which became the reason for a greater extent of stylization of the mentioned functional style elements in Chinese literature.

China, Japan, Russia, the three countries play an important role in northeast Asia. China – Japan – Russia relations are one of the important influence to the northeast Asian region. The relations among China, Japan and Russia are very special relationships in the world, with Russia's political and economic center in Europe, so it does not directly affect the relationships between the world powers. The author can only say that this belongs to the regional relations, but it has an influence across regions. At the same time, the relations are not simple relationships in a specific field, but a complex, multiple collection. The United States and Japan have increasingly tense relationships because of Ukraine problem between Russia and Europe. Russia issued a statement that attaches great importance to the economic and political ties with Asia. This paper has the analysis of the new situation of China – Japan – Russia relations, the analysis of Russia's strategy of «east» of increasingly complex forms in northeast Asia, which has a great significance to the formation of the northeast Asia economic integration.

According to the author, the geographically adjacent countries of China and Russia have strongly complementary economic structures and have seen rapid development of economic and trade cooperation in recent years, but overall trade between them is relatively low in volume and lacks variety in structure. The Belt and Road initiative has provided new opportunities to deepen Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation. The two countries should take this opportunity to strengthen infrastructure interconnection, improve the existing economic cooperation mechanism and trade structure, and promote the construction of a Sino-Russian free trade area.

The article deals with topical issues in the sphere of labor in China. The purpose of research is to identify the main problems related to the financial situation and social well-being of Chinese migrant workers. The author proves the importance of such issues, exploring the working hours of migrant workers, assess the completeness of social security, the presence of discrimination against migrant workers in employment, their coverage of training and occupational diseases.

Each advertising creation represents profound background of culture and each remarkable TV ad spread and creates the excellent culture of tradition and the society. This article brings the prototype theory of myth into the analysis of Chinese TV ads. And using the theory of Collective unconsciousness and prototype theory,it analyzes the image of the prototype and the model of prototype narrative in Chinese TV ads.

This article is devoted to develop and analyze the strategic concerns of key geopolitical actors in the Central Asian region. The author comes to the conclusion that the specialty of the Central Asia is a beneficial geopolitical location and great amount of nature resources that makes the region an object of world powers’ geopolitical interests. The main actors in the CA are the USA, China and Russia, which have influence on political processes inside the region, realizing their own strategies.

New media can be used as an effective tool for the opening of a new platform for public diplomacy. This fact attracts the attention of Chinese politicians and scholars. In recent years, Chinese new media in Russia are playing roles as an envoy of friendship and support for the exchange of trade and culture. Nevertheless due to lack of cognition communication in Russia does not achieve the desired effect.

В данной статье рассмотрены перспективы развития национальной платежной системы Российской федерации. Проанализированы характерные особенности мирового опыта в построении и использовании национальных и международных платежных систем. Выявлены и обоснованы особенности рынка платежных систем России проанализированы варианты развития национальной платежной системы и других операторов платежных систем п. На основе проведенного исследования автором предлагается модель развития национальной платежной системы и предложен вариант модернизации. Главное достоинство новой модели – возможность запуска в рамках действующего законодательства и возможность модернизации платформы.

The article is devoted to problems of intercultural communication and the role of context in intercultural business communication within the framework of Edward Hall's theory. The solution of the above mentioned problems is the aim of this article. In particular, on the basis of empirical research the authors define the present state of Russian and Chinese culture in Hall's cultural typology.
