Matters of national security in the context of the inextricable interrelationship and interdependence of national security and socio-economic development are presented in the article. The particular attention is paid to the legislative consolidation of security categories, the system of national security elements, and changes in the domestic legislation updates. Therefore, safety, a list of national interests, highlighted by long-term perspective, and questions about the means of implementation of strategic national priorities, including the named culture as a sphere of life are very important. Sphere of culture as a national priority and an important factor in the quality of life growth and harmonization of public relations, collateral dynamic socio-economic development and the preservation of a common cultural space and sovereignty of Russia are studied more detailed.

This article presents the results of microbiological tests of soils in emergency oil and gas facilities in Yakutia. The author found that in the process of self-healing soil is not sufficiently cleansed of hydrocarbon contamination and are in the environmental stress. The signs of soil degradation are thinning or absence of vegetation, phytotoxicity, changes in physical and chemical properties of the soil: formation of lumpy soil structure, hydrophobicity, salinity, high pH values, lack of available phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, phytotoxicity.

Одной из причин такого положения дел является низкий уровень взаимодействия органов власти и институтов гражданского общества, невзирая на то, что такое взаимодействие прямо предусмотрено нормативными правовыми актами. Международные антикоррупционные правовые документы в целях эффективного противодействия коррупции предусматривают взаимодействие органов государственной власти их должностными лицами с институтами гражданского общества. Действующее российское федеральное антикоррупционное законодательство такому взаимодействию придает принципиально важный характер. Зная механизм воздействия у правоохранительных органов и специальных служб есть возможность прогнозирования тактических ходов, и принимать меры для применения адекватных упреждающих ударов, поскольку деятельность государства, направленная на охрану общественных отношений от любых посягательств.

Creation of score-rating system for assessing the environment knowledge among students depending on ecological educational conditions of a technical college permits all the participants of the educational process to make ecologically reasoned and thoughtful solutions for high-quality training of cadets (students).
