Статья посвящена вопросу развития адаптации молодых работников газодобывающего предприятия. Авторами отмечено, что ООО «Газпром добыча Уренгой» связывает свое будущее с молодыми специалистами, готовыми вложить свои силы, способности и устремления. Поэтому важным элементом Политики управления персоналом Общества является работа с молодежью. Работа Совета молодых ученых и специалистов вносит реальный вклад в развитие Общества «Газпром добыча Уренгой», поскольку это кадры, которые в будущем будут формировать политику предприятия, продолжать и укреплять трудовые традиции одного из крупнейших газодобывающих предприятий ПАО «Газпром». Современная наука развивается стремительно, что требует большой и систематической работы. Отмечено, что роль молодых ученых постоянно усиливается.

The article reveals the peculiarities of building a system of advanced training of psychotherapists and clinical psychologists working as part of interdisciplinary psychotherapeutic teams that carry out a brigade approach to the complex medical and psychological rehabilitation of patients with various diseases and injuries in modern multidisciplinary rehabilitation centers.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. The analysis showed the problem of CASE-technologies implementation, due to a technical delay and the lack of young teaching staff, who are ready to use new information technologies in the process of preparing the logistics specialists. Training of modern specialists requires a search for new solutions and methods based on interactive communication between students and teacher, and intellectual formation testing system will objectively assess the quality of education.

The article deals with the stages of screen arts of the twentieth century development and their impact on employee training system for the production of film-TV-radio-video products. The author developed his own concept of stages of the media industry formation, taking into account the historical and technological pro-progress. He also analyzed many years of experience of training professionals to work in the audiovisual media on the example of american cinema schools.
