The article deals with the problems and peculiarities of teaching science and IT in small rural schools. Moreover, it looks upon incomplete classes and forming shared classes filled with student of different levels of education. To underline the importance of the given problem the authors of the article pro-vide the readers with statistics of the percentage of rural schools and of num-ber of students studying there. The article also contains various solutions of the objective problem of teaching science and IT in such schools.

The modern world is the world of computer technology, and the children living in this world feel comfortable in it, they master the computer, mobile devices, new-fangled gadgets easily and use them skillfully. However, their knowledge of the safety in the Internet lags behind their ability to develop new devices. The number of the Internet users is increased every year, so the problem of children safety in the Internet is very urgent. It is necessary for parents, educators and teachers to conduct explanatory conversations and activities for explanation and consolidation the rules of “The Safe Internet”.

The article shares personal experience in teaching a foreign language to non-linguistic students. The author reveals the problems facing professors and gives recommendations on how to develop the language skills. Working with electronic means of information transmission has proved to be highly effective.

The article is devoted to the analysis of popular thematic internet-meme «The philological maiden» in linguistic and creative aspect; the meme structure (a graphic part and the text ), as well as its communicative organization and semantic filling are considered.

The research summarizes and arranges theoretical and empirical studies on the problem of forming resistance to negative effects of Internet resources on university students and young adults.
