«Internal Organizational Policy for the Formation of Communication Methods Including Staff in Medical Structures»
In this article, the issue of creating an effective organizational policy in a medical facility is considered. Each organization should build its own strategy for managing the organization, based on implementing (depending on its field of work) a number of methods for creating channels of communication with its employees. Organizing each activity requires allocating tasks and resources among participants and coordinating their efforts by implementing a clear system of rules. Building a good organizational culture regulates relationships in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy embedded in the organization’s policies, rules of play and behavior, and the feelings or climate that accompany the physical existence of the organization itself. The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

Within the enterprises, democracy and the democracy implementation have a basic content in the field of labor and employment. The democracy plays an important role at the enterprises that are implemented for the purpose of building and developing harmonious and stable labor relations with the participation of many stakeholders including trade union organizations as representatives of the protection of the workers’ rights and legitimate interests. The role of Vietnam trade union in building and developing harmony of labor relations is to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of democracy in business with more content and more concrete measures. This article mentions some questions about the role of Vietnam trade union in building, signing and executing and monitoring the implementation of collective agreements at enterprises.

«Problems of legal regulation of credit organizations employees' work and the ways for their solution»
Legal and organizational aspects of regulation of work of employees (serving) banks and other credit organizations are considered. Specifics of activity of banks and other credit organizations attract need of improvement of the legislation governing the labor relations in this sphere for the purpose of reduction in compliance of established practices and standard legal support. Problems of absence of unity of terminology in the legal acts which are the cornerstone of regulation of work of employees of banks come to light; features of work of bank workers that doesn't allow to provide full protection of their labor law aren't defined; the set of shortcomings of system of compensation in the bank sphere takes place. Conclusions about need of improvement of the existing labor and banking legislation, and also local legal acts of banks for the sphere of the organization of work and its payment are drawn. Elimination of the revealed shortcomings, according to authors, will allow to strengthen legal guarantees of work of employees of banks.
