One of the mechanisms for maintaining homeostasis in the body is lipid peroxidation (LPO). The influence of external and internal factors affecting the body can change the dynamics of LPO processes, causing numerous disorders in the functioning of organ systems. The dynamics of LPO processes in the early stages can be estimated from the change in the concentration of intermediate oxidation products - diene conjugates (DC). The purpose of our study was to identify the features of the differentiation of the distribution of the concentration of diene conjugates in the blood serum and tissues of white outbred rats. New results of nonparametric correlation analysis are presented to assess the relationship of the distribution of the concentration of diene conjugates in the blood serum and tissues of white outbred rats.

Free radicals, despite their huge positive role in the body, are capable of forming conditions for the development of various pathogenetic conditions in the event of malfunctioning of the antioxidant defense. The influence of physical load to some blood components dynamics in 30-days baby rabbit’s blood during prenatal period was investigated by us. That’s why changes of normal and experimental rabbit puppies after short and long term physical load in some morphological indicators were explored through blood of 30-days rabbit puppies born by mothers suffered from hypoxia during fetal period of prenatal development. Significant changes occurred by comparison results from experiments on control animals with the results from experiment on experimental animal. Reduction and rising appeared in some indicators of blood elements after physical load in 30-days normal rabbit puppies blood and in 30-days rabbit puppies born by mothers suffered hypoxia during 10 days 20 minutes every day in fetal period of prenatal development. Therefore the level of blood indicators in normal and hypoxia condition depends on the condition of central nervous system.

The article shows the implementation of grayscale morphology vHGW algorithm for selection borders in the medical image. Image processing is executed using OpenMP and NVIDIA CUDA technology for images with different resolution and different size of the structuring element.

The article presents the results of long-term prospective clinical research on uteroplacental and fetal blood flow of pregnant women. In the research they made a special in-depth analysis of single disturbance of blood flow in uterine artery basin according to Doppler measure data after 18-week gestation. They connect uteroplacental perfusion disturbance with chronic infection nidi (focus) of different location in the organism of pregnant woman. They made comparative analysis of correcting therapy, when there is an uteroplacental perfusion disturbance, including detection and elimination of persistent infection nidi (asymptomatic forms as well), and also application of medicaments that influence vascular tone and rheological properties of blood. They showed efficiency of Diripidamol when used for idiopathic disturbances of uteroplacental perfusion.

The article discusses the usefulness of the application of the method of girudo-therapy for preserving and strengthening of human health. The use of girudothera-py in combination with drug therapy provides higher and more rapid effect of treatment. On the basis of clinical and survey data of 162 patients with different diseases the influence of girudotherapy on the dynamics of the improvement of the condition of the patients and their curing was analyzed. The analysis showed that treatment with girudotherapy in combination with other methods leads to more rapid relief of pain, improvement of blood microcirculation and the positive dy-namics of treatment. Gerudotherapy relieves inflammation and restores the immune system.
