The article deals with the issues of professional deformation of a teacher in the form of emotional burnout associated with the professional activities of a teacher in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation. It also offers ways to prevent professional emotional burnout of teachers.

One of the mechanisms for maintaining homeostasis in the body is lipid peroxidation (LPO). The influence of external and internal factors affecting the body can change the dynamics of LPO processes, causing numerous disorders in the functioning of organ systems. The dynamics of LPO processes in the early stages can be estimated from the change in the concentration of intermediate oxidation products - diene conjugates (DC). The purpose of our study was to identify the features of the differentiation of the distribution of the concentration of diene conjugates in the blood serum and tissues of white outbred rats. New results of nonparametric correlation analysis are presented to assess the relationship of the distribution of the concentration of diene conjugates in the blood serum and tissues of white outbred rats.

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the mental state of an individual during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was conducted online from April to December 2020 using the free association method and an online survey. The study involved 384 respondents of working age (from 30 years to 61 years). As a result of the study, certain psychological problems associated with the COVID-19 pandemic were identified.

Pereimplantitis as an inflammatory process stimulates the development of oxidative stress. Purpose of the study: to study the intensity of free radical processes in the oral fluid of patients with pereimplantitis and to identify the optimal therapy for this condition. During the study the oral fluid of 120 people with the diagnosis of pereimplantitis was studied, divided into 4 groups equally and patients were given different types of therapy of this condition. Products of oxidative modification of biomolecules were determined in oral fluid on the basis of quantitative assessment of a stained complex with thiobarbituric acid (TBA), maximum flare (MVHL) and area (PCL) H2O2-induced luminol dependent chemiluminescence were determined, and the concentration of malone dialdehyde and diene conjugates was estimated using standard methods. Nightmares are scary or disturbing dreams which are associated with negative feelings, such as fear, terror or disgust. These feelings oftentimes awake the dreamer, who can easily recollect the content of the nightmare. Nightmares are not necessarily a symptom of a disease. Moreover, nightmares with little emotional response are experienced by almost all people once in a while without any risk for their health. However, nightmares that occur frequently and disturb the sleep might lead to clinically significant impairments in social, professional and other areas of life. They are considered a sleep disorder (parasomnia) and require a proper treatment. This review discusses the theoretical models of nightmares, their causes, diagnostics and treatment strategies.

The purpose of the study is to compare stress among individual sports and team sports athletes. To achieve this goal, the following questionnaires were used: a scale of pre-competitive stress, a scale of physiological stress, and a scale of emotional stress. The results showed that athletes in individual sports, compared with team sports athletes, scored significantly higher on pre-competitive stress and on emotional stress.

In this paper, attention is paid to pre-competition stress for athletes at the Lithuanian Sports University. Sport results are affected by lots of factors, but one of the main factors is pre-competition stress. Although stress is significant in all fields of the human activity, it is even more significant in the world of sport because an athlete needs the maximum psychical and physical efforts to reach a sport result.

The aim of the study is to compare characteristics of the stress among athletes and non-athletes prospective police officers. To achieve this goal the PSQ-Op (Operational Police Stress Questionnaire) was used as a method of measuring of stress indicators. The results of the present study showed that athletes prospective police officers have lower scores on the "Failure to switch from work to rest" and "Fatigue caused by workload" scales, compared to non-athletes prospective police officers.

The monograph describes the issues of geodetic monitoring of a technical state of bases and building structures of unique buildings and structures to ensure safe operation. The system of support points and deformation marks that provide a complex of instrumental measurements using a non-stative technique has been considered. Special design stamps have been fixed to perform work in the main axes of the building, which allow the installation of the reflector directly on the bench, as well as the possibility of control leveling according to the leveling method of Class II. The changes of biochemical asymmetry of rats with different motor phenotype (left-handed, right-handed and ambidexters) during their adaptation to hypokinesia have been studied. It is shown that the development of hypokinetic stress in rats owing to restriction of their mobility leads to sharp activation of the processes of lipids peroxidation and to decrease of tiol-disulphate metabolism in brain cortex of animals with different phenotype of motor hemispheric asymmetry. The degree of studied parameters asymmetry changes in hypokinesia. There is a significant reduction of asymmetry coefficient till the inversion of its sign that testifies about decreasing stress resistance of an organism and adaptive possibilities to external influences.

Coping behavior is a combination of coping strategies and coping resources, it’s like constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts of the individual, which help him to manage internal and external requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.
