At the present stage of development of new technologies and development of specialized software, the author-developer meets with a large number of difficulties related to the protection of intellectual property. The article considers the process of sequencing itself, as it is seen by the software developer, the difficulties arising in front of him, raises issues of planning and measures of impact of the developer on the protection of intellectual property.
