Shows the results of sociological research: the expert survey, questionnaires and interviews with older people. The conditions of life of older people of Magadan, employment older people in Magadan, household work and activities in their spare time. Affected by the problem of aging population Тoday we can agree that in the Magadan region in the development of social infrastructure, increase the size of the pension programs of social support for the elderly and other areas of social policy. However, the level of a considerable proportion of older people on subjective and objective indicators cannot be considered as satisfactory, a high proportion of senior citizens in dire need of improving their financial situation.

The article is devoted to the complex analysis of the concession policy of the Bolsheviks. It is shown that concessions helped to accelerate the economic reconstruction of Soviet Russia and by the very fact of its existence interfered with the interventionist plans of the West.

This article examines the theoretical, methodological, and legal foundations of the role of the Government of the Russian Federation in domestic policy. It analyzes modern approaches to the study of executive power, the challenges of coordinating the activities of federal executive bodies, and the system of legal regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to strategic planning and improving the effectiveness of public administration in the context of the transformation of the Russian public administration system following the constitutional amendments of 2020.

Using econometric techniques in the present work, we examined various aspects of the educational institutions in the Volgograd region, revealed the results of their activity. We found out a number of the problems existing now in education and defined the strategic goals of education development. We also analyzed the mechanisms of regional policy directed to improvement of education quality in the Volgograd region.
