The article is focused on the use of light gauge steel framing solutions in housing construction. In this paper, main characteristics of this technology are described, and its development prospects in the Russian construction market are defined.

The means of realizing our goals is to create a greenhouse for growing flower seedlings, necessary in gardening, when creating flower beds, as well as for growing vegetables. The relevance of the work due to the need to assess areas of Auliekol district to identify land with a low coefficient of natural protection areas. The purpose of the work is to evaluate ecological and economic balance of Auliekol district of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author applied a method of assessment of environmental and economic balance taking into account the anthropogenic load. To study the state of the object on a regional scale choice as the basis of analysis of the structure of land seems the most adequate, since it is a device of land use objectively reflects the current state of industrial, agricultural, and recreational impacts. The complex assessment of ekologo-economic balance of the territory of Auliekol area ratio of the major categories of land use, taking into account the intensity of anthropogenic load. Coefficient of natural protected areas and analyzed emerging trends in the changing ecological and economic condition. The calculations show that the status of the research area at the moment in General, can be defined as moderately transformed, but clearly there is a tendency the increase of negative phenomena – is the increment of the land subjected to anthropogenic impact

The article considers the experience in the implementation of the educational process kindergarten information technology. Experience shows that information technology is an effective means of teaching children of preschool age.

Целью данной статьи является анализ правовых основ германского законодательства в сфере и уголовно-правовой доктрины о системе Особенной части Уголовного кодекса Германии. В том числе конституционных основ защиты прав и свобод человека и гражданина в ФРГ. Автором анализируется уголовное законодательство ФРГ. Особое внимание обращается на то, что преступные деяния, посягающие на рассматриваемую группу прав, содержатся не только в Уголовном кодексе ФРГ, но и в законах, относящихся к так называемому дополнительному уголовному праву (Nebenstrafrecht). В заключении делается вывод о комплексности и многоаспектности проблемы.

The article deals with the analysis of advertising messages frame during the XX-XXI centuries. The analysis allows to highlight a typology of modifications that are found in loss or update the information about a particular quality of the goods. The dynamics of such phenomenon can be traced by the example of the frame of the XX-XXI centuries "beer".

The article describes the process of translation as the act of interlingual textual derivation. The translation is regarded a derived text, and it is proved that its derivation undergoes the same rules and models as the original. Universal laws of textual derivation are considered to form the basis of the translation process.

The article touches upon the problem of linguistic manipulation achieved in the English language through systematization of speech patterns and language frames within the utterance. The authors analyze patterns and frames as interdisciplinary concepts, verbal categories and productive means of speech manipulation, analyze theoretical premises of the issue, and give examples of practical linguistic implementation of frame-based structuring of the utterance following the existing speech patterns.

The relevance of this research is caused the problem of control of the preparation skilled personnel in the transition to innovative development of the Russian economy; reviewed advanced European experience in monitoring the process of entrepreneurship education and assessment of the results of the trainees; noted strengths and weaknesses the existing monitoring system and instruments of with which it is produced; research perspective opportunities to improve the data collected in the ongoing research to improve the process of entrepreneurship education.

По мнению авторов, профессиональный стандарт педагога содержит не мало пунктов, посвященных информационным компетенциям. Исходя из них, можно выделить уровни требований к информационной компетентности педагога – методический и технологический. Наиболее комплексным подходом к определению содержания информационных компетенций педагога можно считать подход ЮНЕСКО. Он позволяет сформировать четкую структуру информационных компетенций преподавателя. Однако, выстраивать содержание ИКТ-подготовки необходимо объективно оценивая состояние современных информационных технологий, используемых в образовательном процессе, и перспектив их развития.
