The article explores the cognitive aspects of Orthodox prayer, considering it as a tool that affects the mind and consciousness of the believer. Orthodox prayer practices, such as Jesus Prayer, Hesychasm, and mindful prayer, play an important role in the spiritual life, forming a special state of mind, attention and self-control. The study draws on work in religious philosophy, neuropsychology, and cognitive psychology to analyze how regular prayer practice affects cognitive function and can promote neuroplasticity

Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.

The article represents attempt of the futurological forecast of development of perspective systems of radiolocation on the basis of synthesis of the modern achievements of information technologies, electronics and mobile power engineering. The new business model for the market of services of radiolocation is offered.

This work is devoted to digital signal processing (DSP), differencing phases and antenna array (AA). The model was developed to measure differencing phases using software MATLAB/Simulink. The possibilities of quadrature measure method of phase displacement and Hilbert transform were considered.

This paper presents several new asynchronous FIFO designs. While most existing FIFO’s have higher throughput for higher latency, our goal is to achieve very low latency while maintaining good throughput. The designs are implemented as circular arrays of cells connected to common data buses. Data items are not moved around the array once; they are enqueued. Each cell’s input and output behavior is dictated by the flow of two tokens around the ring: one that allows enqueuing data and one that allows dequeuing data. Since the problems were found in gray code's nature, both FIFO architectures represented in this paper use a modified gray code counters to pointers comparison and addressing the memory array. In the first architecture of FIFO buffer, memory array is addressed by binary code while the pointers are converted to gray codes and compared synchronously. In the second architecture of FIFO buffer memory array is addressed by gray code, but the gray code pointers comparison proceeds asynchronously. These changes give the advantage over the first architecture to reduce latency and power consumption.

In this article the application of vertical profilers is discussed, the relevance of their use, as well as a device itself and how it works. Authors analyzed characteristics of different types of sodars and its software. Also there was revealed and substantiated main disadvantages of modern sodars and solutions of these problems. On the basis of the study conclusions are made.

The article deals with the problem of stray dogs and their influence on surrounding world. The authors discuss the question of stray dogs distribution in Tekstilshik settlement, Chita, Transbaikal region. The investigation results are represented: main aglomeration places are detected, the dogs are counted, their gender structure is found out by an observation method. The dogs are photographed and an approximate quantity of species is forecasted.

Shows that thermal spray techniques protective coating a large number of different species, are promising ways to plasma deposition, highlighted materials with nano-sized particles.
