This article describes the problem of state regulation of the economy, acute and topical scientific discussions. Not all countries have equal tasks: some of these tasks are social, while the others are mainly economic. For this reason there is a difference in the understanding of the essence of state regulation of the economy and implementation of its mechanisms in the development of national economy and advanced industry.

В статье рассматриваются основные, нерешенные на различных уровнях управления вопросы, касающиеся собственников жилья в Российской Федерации.

Как отмечает автор данной статьи, проблема сельского хозяйства – чрезмерно высокая себестоимость производства сельскохозяйственной продукции. При устаревшей и разрушенной материально-технической базе нельзя внедрить новые технологии, обеспечить рост производства. В связи с этим механизм лизинга и привлечения инвестиций в сложившейся ситуации становятся актуальными в перевооружении предприятий сельского хозяйства на всех уровнях государственного регулирования.

В данной статье перечислены основные положения государственной программы «о стимулировании использования возобновляемых источников энергии на розничных рынках электроэнергии». Рассмотрены также проблемы ее применения и перспектива.

В ближайшие годы прирост добычи газа для удовлетворения потребностей внутреннего рынка будет связан с увеличением потребления газа в электроэнергетике, жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве, строительном комплексе и с газификацией населенных пунктов. Развитие газовой промышленности на базе газовых месторождений Республики Саха (Якутия) предполагает не только традиционное использование природного газа в качестве топлива, но и создание новой отрасли промышленности для выпуска продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью (газо-переработка и газохимия).

In this article, the author analyzes the specialties of the traditional Kyrgyz nomadic economics, which were reflected in the epic of Manas. The analysis of the given epic shows traditional life and activity of the Kyrgyz people and it describes different branches of economics like cattle-breading, agriculture, hunting, trade and hand-craft in epical form. Stockbreeding was the main source of public welfare, the cattle belonged to individual or large families. The materials of «Manas» epic show that the Kyrgyz people used to have an extensive nomadic stockbreeding. The people roaming in steppe areas, bred horses, sheep, cattle, camels – Kyrgyz people called these animals «four kinds of cattle».

In field experiments it was tasked to pick an effective system oto protect of spring rape crops from weeds, allowing to receive stable high productivity from commodity rapeseeds. Evaluation of productivity and suitability for the cultivation of oilseeds on commodity and seeds in the region of the Middle Urals in nine cases of intensification of the use of plant protection products in order to evaluate and use in a production environment. It was found that the studied drugs have unequal impact on the growth and development of plants and yield formation.

В работе рассмотрены селекционно-генетические и морфофизиологические основы продуктивности и адаптивной способности сорта ячменя Памяти Чепелева. На основе агротехнических опытов раскрыты особенности реализации его потенциала продуктивности в условиях Среднего Урала. Представленные основные элементы технологии его возделывания являются руководством при его выращивании в производственных условиях.

During field experiments sorts and new breeding lines of spring barley were sown of FSBNU the Ural Agricultural Research Institute, according to one of promising varieties of foreign and Russian breeding. The authors evaluated their productivity and suitability for cultivation of grain and seeds in the region of the Middle Urals on two levels of intensification of the application of plant protection products in order to develop recommendations for production.
