The article deals with the problems of preservation and development of ethnic culture Mordovians, characterized by ideological basis of ethnicity to mobilize for the return of ethnic and cultural heritage, analyzed the practical experience of ethnic socialization, it shows the role of modern institutions of ethnic culture translations.

In this article, the author analyzes the specialties of the traditional Kyrgyz nomadic economics, which were reflected in the epic of Manas. The analysis of the given epic shows traditional life and activity of the Kyrgyz people and it describes different branches of economics like cattle-breading, agriculture, hunting, trade and hand-craft in epical form. Stockbreeding was the main source of public welfare, the cattle belonged to individual or large families. The materials of «Manas» epic show that the Kyrgyz people used to have an extensive nomadic stockbreeding. The people roaming in steppe areas, bred horses, sheep, cattle, camels – Kyrgyz people called these animals «four kinds of cattle».

The article explored the modern trends of the domestic agri-food market development, reasonable priorities of strengthening its role in the formation of socially oriented national economy.

In the field experiments the estimation of naked oats on its productivity and suitability for cultivation in the middle Urals region has been made. It is noted that Vladyka and Otakar cultivars are making crop yield at the 88,2–89,7% compare to the district Stayer cultivar, which is the standard in the Sverdlovsk region. The average yield of naked cultivars is from 3.45 (Vladyka) to 3.99 (Otakar) t / ha, which is similar to the zone yield of spring wheat (3.68 t / ha). The authors found out that the protein content in oats grain naked cultivars exceed aristulate ones on 2.9–3.9. The high response of naked cultivars for the integrated plant protection system is registered.

The article considers content-based links between the concepts of «civilization» and «culture» in the Russian and English languages. The purpose of the study is comparing their content-based components in the lexical semantic fields of verbalization of the concepts under consideration in the Russian and English languages. The research employs the method of cognitive comparative analysis. The analysis of lexical and semantic composition reveals similarities and differences in their structuring in the English and Russian languages. According to the author the result of comparison suggests implications that the concepts under study are perceived differently by the representatives of the Russian and English cultures and contributes to the revelation of national peculiarity of conceptualization of cognate phenomena in the mentality of different peoples.

Formal and logical laws are characterized by a condition of uniform information culture of mankind.

This article considers the question about introduction and development of Russian mediation institute. According to the authors the adoption of the Law on Mediation testifies that the state gives a new impetus to the process of constitutional state formation and to the development of alternative methods of dispute resolution. The problematic aspects of the mediation development are described in this article. As the results of the study the authors suggest to enhance the effectiveness of media-tion, which is a special form of interposition.
