В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития поликультурной компетентности учащихся. Автором обосновывается необходимость проведения целенаправленной, планомерной работы, направленной на формирование общечеловеческих, национальных и индивидуальных ценностей.

The article deals with the problem of the development of materials science. The author pays special attention to the issue of the development of new materials, which is associated with the increasing requirements to boost the level of their physical, chemical, technological and operational properties and the creation of technologies for obtaining and production. The idea is substantiated that the development and production of instrumental materials is of particular scientific and practical interest. It is known that in mechanical engineering and other industries, labor productivity and the quality of machining of machine parts largely depends on the applied cutting ceramics (СС). The choice of material for the cutting part of the tool over the centuries has been a priority for science, technology and has been closely associated with the development of metallurgy, and more recently with powder metallurgy, the influence of concentrated energy flows, as well as physics and chemistry of solids.

The issues of increasing of the energy efficiency of technological processes of vacuum plasma spraying coating by optimizing the parameters of the supply voltage of the asynchronous electric drive of the forevacuum pump are considered in this article. The author puts forward methodology of a technique for an automatic control system for the parameters of the supply voltage of an asynchronous pump motor.

В статье предложено техническое решение обеспечивающее ускорение процесса производства хлеба без снижения показателей его качества за счет термостимуляции. Авторами отмечена эффективность предложенной технологии.

Актуальность выбранной темы, представленной в статье, обусловлена большим количеством случаев дистального сдвига челюсти ввиду различных причин в практике врача стоматолога-ортопеда. Для лечения данной патологии врач должен подобрать метод лечения пациента, который включает в себя несколько этапов. Для предварительного этапа лечения может быть использован вариант, в котором используется окклюзионная шина. В работе освещены понятие, этиология, признаки дистальной окклюзии и клинический случай, подготовка пациента, правильный выбор окклюзионной шины, метод изготовления шины в вакуумном формовщике. Процесс перестройки сустава должен происходить постепенно и завершиться постоянным протезированием в центральной окклюзии. Данный процесс обеспечивает правильное лечение, но при этом не инвазивен и обратим.

This work is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of the physics of «vacuum» on the basis of the axioms of the Algebra of Signatures. In this part of physics of the «vacuum» the overall dynamics of vacuum layers, and in particular of «vacuum electrostatics», are considered. The rotation of the vacuum layers within the core of the stable vacuum formation (in particular the inside cores of the «electron» and «positron») is investigated.

This article analyzes the peculiarities of value orientations of civil servants, revealed in the process of psychological research of employees of public authorities of various subjects of the Russian Federation. An analysis is given of the problem of "internal conflict", "internal psychological vacuum" and "neutral zone" among civil servants in the course of their civil service.

В данной статье рассматривается вопрос повышения эффективности дегазации питательной воды при использовании вакуумных деаэраторов. Автор приходит к выводу, что в течение 2-х сезонов работы пикового теплообменника можно окупить затраты на закупку и монтаж оборудования. Это повлияет на повышение работоспособности и надежности котельного оборудования ПГУ-110 в целом.

This paper is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of light-geometry of the "vacuum" based on the axiomatics of the Algebra of signatures. In this part of the light-geometry of the "vacuum" the general dynamics of the vacuum layers is considered, from which under certain conditions "vacuum electrostatics" follow. The ways of studying vacuum layers rotation inside nuclear of stable vacuum formations, in particular inside the nuclear of the "electron" and "positron", are outlined.

В рамках программы геометризации физики, к которой относятся работы автора [1–5], рассмотрены физические и математические основы светогеометрии вакуума и Алгебры сигнатур. Вакуум исследуется посредством зондирования его взаимно перпендикулярными монохроматическими лучами света с различными длинами волн. В результате получается иерархия вложенных друг в друга световых 3D-ландшафтов ((m(n-вакуумов). В статье рассмотрены неискривленное и искривленное состояния локального участка (m(n-вакуума на основании математического аппарата Алгебры сигнатур. Сформулировано «вакуумное условие» на основании определения «вакуумного баланса». Рассмотрены инертные свойства (m(n-вакуума. Приведено кинематическое обоснование возможности разрыва локального участка (m(n-вакуума. На основании изложенных здесь основ Алгебры сигнатур в статьях [3–5] получены метрико-динамические модели всех элементарных частиц, входящих в состав Стандартной модели. В данной работе вводятся новые понятия, поэтому в конце статьи приведен «Указатель определений новых терминов».

С позиций алгебры сигнатур, изложенных в работах [1; 2; 7–11], рассмотрены возбужденные состояния ядер сферически симметричных вакуумных образований. Предложены метрико-статистические модельные представления о втором и третьем поколениях «лептонов» и «кварков». Рассмотрены принципы построения статистической (квантовой) геометрофизики в рамках программы полной геометризации физических воззрений Клиффорда – Эйнштейна – Уиллера.

В статье описан прибор для увеличения процессов света в вакууме, область применения прибора. Также автор описывает эксперименты, которые позволяет проводить данный прибор.

In order to do this, the researcher considers the interface between different solutions of the Einstein field equations, and constructs an extension of these equations and their solutions. This forms the basis of a metric-dynamic model of particles of varying sizes, including virtually all elementary particles that are part of the Standard Model.

This work fits into a framework of a program, elucidated in [1–3], of the geometrization of physics, as set in motion by the mathematical works of William Kingdon Clifford and continued into Einstein’s theory of General Relativity as well as the theories of John Archibald Wheeler. It discusses the physical and mathematical foundations of vacuum light-geometry and the Algebra of Signatures. The vacuum is investigated by probing it with mutually perpendicular monochromatic rays of light with different wavelengths. The result is a hierarchy of nested 3-D light landscapes («λmn-vacua»). We consider a locally uncurved and curved state of a vacuum region on the basis of the mathematical theory known as the Algebra of Signatures. A «vacuum condition» is formulated, based on the definition of the «vacuum balance». Inert properties of the λmn-vacuum are considered. A kinematic basis for the possibility of discontinuities in a local neighborhood of a λmn-vacuum is introduced. On the basis of the foundations of the Algebra of Signatures described in [2; 3], metric-dynamic models of all elementary particles included in the Standard Model are obtained. In this paper new concepts are introduced, some of them with correspondingly new terminology. Therefore, at the end of the article a glossary of new terms is provided.

Авторы данной статьи отмечают, что подготовительные и вспомогательные процессы должны обеспечивать качественное и безопасное производство работ, и в зависимости от местных условий и типа возводимого земляного сооружения включать разбивку земляных сооружений, водоотлив и понижение уровня грунтовых вод, временное крепление стенок выемок, искусственное закрепление грунтов.

The article has analyzed the results of treatment of 67 patients with diabetic foot syndrome (DFS), complicated by feet trophic ulcers, using the vacuum bandages. Patients were divided into 2 groups: the control group had a traditional treatment and the studied one had vacuum bandages applied to the trophic ulcers. The results confirmed an assured decrease in the duration of patients’ treatment and hospitalization in the hospital.
