Public speeches at the classes on public speaking in foreign language classes in the field of law is an important element in the process of learning at the university. The purpose of public speaking is to present information live in front of an audience and to involve this audience to take part in the discussion of an issue or topic. When preparing a public presentation at university in a foreign language, a future lawyer faces a great number of difficulties. The presented article gives recommendations on the use of tasks for teaching public speaking skills in the teaching of foreign language teaching in the field of law at the university.
