An area of research in the present article is process of obtaining new scientific knowledge in the Russian Federation. The factor of influence of institutes of a citation index on efficiency of scientific and technical progress acts as an object of a research. The main results of the conducted research are the sentences on saving of level of motivation of all categories of researchers consisting in implementation of full indexation of content of a scientific digital library of eLIBRARY.RU taking into account the available stratification, but, at least, with saving of full statistics of citings for the lower stratum now excluded.

The paper delivers the comparative analysis of the synthetic process of the relationship marketing development models. It is proved that in spite of difficulties in its structure the system models encourage a better understanding of the structure, functions and interconnections of the relationship marketing in the services sector of higher education institutions. Tasks designed to achieve specific outcomes involve different types of speech interaction: cooperation (working together to develop an idea and solve a problem), combination (exchanging information between participants with different initial knowledge), and "execution of instructions" (one participant conveying information to another). The authors stress the importance of prioritizing communication tasks and recognizing the interconnectedness of communicative competence components.

This paper presents the modeling of work of site Assembly of products in the basis, which was based on the simulation method for selecting the optimal structure, providing maximum production efficiency. The result of the work is to develop a model and determine the number of people employed in production and their distribution between operations, which leads to increase the profits of the enterprise.
