The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation with international organizations in the implementation of global anti-corruption policy. The author provides an analysis of specific international organizations in the field of combating corruption activities, as well as the order, legal basis and methods of interaction of the organizations under consideration with the prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation.

В статье рассматриваются меры противодействия взяточничеству как коррупционному преступлению в уголовно-правовом аспекте. Показано, что Уголовный кодекс РФ (УК РФ) является действенным инструментом политики противодействия. В последнее время много сделано в сфере борьбы с коррупционными преступлениями, однако статистика показывает, что количество данных преступлений, и, прежде всего, взяточничества, продолжает увеличиваться. Это говорит о необходимости совершенствования уголовного законодательства. Автором также рассмотрена проблема взяточничества в органах внутренних дел.

The relevance of the article is due to the significance of the problem of corruption for the modern world. According to the latest United Nations estimates, the annual volume of bribes in all countries is estimated at a trillion dollars. Due to corruption, the state loses about 2.6 trillion dollars. To combat corruption, almost every country has an anti-corruption policy, which means the activities of public authorities at different levels, public organizations and citizens aimed at preventing and combating corruption. Одной из причин такого положения дел является низкий уровень взаимодействия органов власти и институтов гражданского общества, невзирая на то, что такое взаимодействие прямо предусмотрено нормативными правовыми актами. Международные антикоррупционные правовые документы в целях эффективного противодействия коррупции предусматривают взаимодействие органов государственной власти их должностными лицами с институтами гражданского общества. Действующее российское федеральное антикоррупционное законодательство такому взаимодействию придает принципиально важный характер. Зная механизм воздействия у правоохранительных органов и специальных служб есть возможность прогнозирования тактических ходов, и принимать меры для применения адекватных упреждающих ударов, поскольку деятельность государства, направленная на охрану общественных отношений от любых посягательств.

The article raises the problem of combating corruption in the organizations with state participation. Considered the scale and scope of corruption.
