«Opportunities for Developing Students’ Spatial Thinking in the Process of Learning Geometry and Stereometry within a Digital Educational Environment»
Abstract. This article discusses how students’ spatial thinking can be developed when geometry and stereometry are studied within a digital learning environment. The focus is on how learners work with visual images, mentally “rotate” shapes, transform their position, and understand how different elements are connected in space. Drawing on the works of domestic researchers and current educational documents of Kazakhstan, the text shows that the transition to digital learning has significantly expanded opportunities for such development. Interactive models, dynamic mathematics software, and various multimedia materials make explanations more visual and closer to real practice. Special attention is given to GeoGebra, which helps present complex configurations in a way that makes them easier for students to grasp and experiment with. The article also highlights effective teaching techniques and the difficulties students most often face when dealing with three-dimensional objects.

Представлены возможности использования системы динамической геометрии GeoGebra при изучении различных учебных курсов школьной математики (алгебры, геометрии, вероятности и статистики).

The article discusses the main aspects of integrating and optimizing heterogeneous energy resource accounting systems in multi-storey buildings. It describes benefits such as improved data accuracy and reduced operational costs, as well as challenges related to technical complexity and the need for standardization. Special attention is given to the analysis of methods for integrating various types of measuring instruments and software, which improves energy consumption management and ensures reliable data collection. Examples of successful implementations in various residential complexes are provided, illustrating real-world results and the economic efficiency of such approaches. The main technical and organizational challenges, including compatibility issues, data security problems, and the need to adapt existing systems, are also discussed. Recommendations for further development in this area are proposed, aimed at overcoming existing barriers and enhancing the interaction between different components of the energy resource accounting system.

Perhaps from this positions Pierre de Fermat found a solution whose main ideas would fit schematically in the fairly wide margins of the book, in a few drawings. Skeptics continue to believe that Pierre de Fermat was probably mistaken. Meanwhile, consistent application of the basic principles of physics, geometry, and engineering make us think differently.

«Antimicrobial properties of the peptide substance Bacillus Subtilis PSF-19»
The subject of the study is a strain of Bacillus subtilis PSF-19 isolated by us from vegetable raw materials (Passiflora preparation), which is capable of producing antimicrobial substance (AMV) suppressing pathogenic bacteria. The article discusses the method and conditions of extraction from the culture fluid fraction of AMV, active against Listeria monocytogenes – one of the dangerous intestinal pathogens that infect food. Using biochemical methods and mass spectroscopy, the molecular weight and the peptide nature of the active fraction of AMV were determined. A fraction of AMV with a molecular weight of 3,4–3,6 kDa has bactericidal activity, which is destroyed by treatment with proteolytic enzymes, which allowed it to be attributed to the group of low-molecular antimicrobial peptides – bacteriocins. The studies allow to consider the strain Bacillus subtilis PSF-19 as a producer of bacteriocin, especially effective against pathogens of intestinal listeriosis. The establishment of the fact of destructibility of proteolytic enzymes, finding the conditions of microbiological synthesis of AMV, its isolation and accumulation for research, provide opportunities for practical use as a means for decontamination of the environment instead of traditional antibiotics.

The properties of a composition based on modified polyethylenes have been studied in the work. Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomers were obtained on the basis of ethylene-propylene elastomers and high-density polyethylene by the two methods: in the first case, as a modifying agent sulfur-containing compounds (altax, sulfur) were used, and in the second – MAC. Thermoplastic elastomers of the series A were obtained as a result of a combination of the original polymer components melt on the mill rolls at a temperature of 433–453 K° at the gap between them 0.2 mm. After crystalline thermoplastic melting ethylene copolymer problemby EPS and structuring agents were added. To achieve a good homogenization milling was carried out for 25 minutes. Formulation of the compositions had the following composition (pts. wt): EPDM – 100; HDPE – 10–80; dicumyl peroxide 1–2.
