The results of studies of biological characteristics of the Caucasian peony growing in the Botanical Garden of the conditions of the Adygeya State University. The study of periodization ontogenesis peony Caucasus. The features of seed germination, transition periods in juvenile, immature, virginal and generative state. Determined morphological and anatomical features of the structure of the Caucasian peony shoots.

In recent years, the anthropogenic impact started to have more negative impact on the environment, living organisms of the globe and the wildlife of “Sarkent” Natural Park as well. Since 2009, there have been conducted a scientific and industrial expedition with scientists from the Department of Biology, Batken State University. As a result of these researches it was found out that 38 species of mammals live in the park. In this regard, the essential tasks of “Sarkent” Natural Park were defined as solving the problem of mammal protection.

On the basis of quantitative data, collected by means of routing method in a number of landscapes of the Katun recreational area in the Republic of Altai, it is shown in this article that the touristic activity impacts ambiguously on the reptiles and amphibians’ population. The character of the changes in the population depends on the intensity of the touristic activity, and on the humidity degree of this or that area. Within areas with moderate and low humidity high degree of recreation impacts basically negatively; in more humid areas on the contrary it promotes growth species richness, total abundance and diversity.

In the article the effect of exogenous factors on the state and properties of hair on the human head using various techniques of microscopy as well as other morphometric methods are studied; on the basis of experimental samples the physical properties of healthy hair and the hair damaged by external factors by using microscopy techniques were compared; the article presents the values of pH and the content of surfactants (sulfates) in different brands of shampoos and soaps, and their impact on the condition of the hair was determined; on the basis of microscopy techniques the condition of the cuticle after using different detergents for hair care was characterized; a relationship between the color of the hair and the influence of external factors on the structure and condition of the hair was analyzed; the signs of the impact of external factors (chemical, thermal, mechanical) on the state and structure of the hair, using an optical (light) and an usb-microscopes were identified.

The relevance of the work due to the need to assess areas of Auliekol district to identify land with a low coefficient of natural protection areas. The purpose of the work is to evaluate ecological and economic balance of Auliekol district of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author applied a method of assessment of environmental and economic balance taking into account the anthropogenic load. To study the state of the object on a regional scale choice as the basis of analysis of the structure of land seems the most adequate, since it is a device of land use objectively reflects the current state of industrial, agricultural, and recreational impacts. The calculations show that the status of the research area at the moment in General, can be defined as moderately transformed, but clearly there is a tendency the increase of negative phenomena – is the increment of the land subjected to anthropogenic impact

In a flow reactor at atmospheric pressure and temperatures of 295 to 423 K studied the reaction of hydrogenation of carbon oxide (II) catalyst semiconductor ZnTe. It is established that the main product of the reaction is gaseous formaldehyde. Confirmed-on the previously proposed scheme of reaction mechanism of hydrogenation of carbon oxide (II) on al-mesopotania semiconductors.

One of professional activities of the future bachelors studying at the direction "Pedagogical education" is a research activity. This article describes the course work as a form of teaching and research activities of students. As a subject of study dynamic geometry system (DGS) is chosen, the application of which in the educational process defines professional standards and the concept of mathematical education in Russia. Investigation of possibilities of DGS in the educational process contributes to the formation of professional competencies in the research activity of bachelors of the direction "Pedagogical Education".

GeoGebra – активно развивающееся бесплатное программное обеспечение, позволяющее создавать мини-программы (апплеты) с помощью специального языка программирования GeoGebra script. Данная программа активно внедряется в образовательный процесс как школы, так и высших учебных заведений. Однако, к сожалению, GeoGebra в основном позиционируется как математическая (геометрическая) программа. Цель данной статьи показать, что возможности данной программы в учебном процессе далеко не ограничиваются геометрическими построениями. GeoGebra (хоть она и не обладает встроенным симулятором) является очень важной и полезной программой при изучении курса физики. Статья ориентирована на преподавателей физики 10–11 классов.

Lots of pyogenic and destructive processes of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space lead to the development of multiple organ failure and syndrome of endogenous intoxication. One of the basic aims of pharmacology is to search for the new immunomodulatory substances such as cytokine – Roncoleukin. This substance efficiency was evaluated by observing a study group and comparing it with a control one. As a result, the study group showed immunological status improvement, and laboratory parameters improvement correlated with clinical presentation ones.

Many plants enter into symbiosis with bacteria that are able to absorb nitrogen from the atmosphere. Nitrogen-fixing nodule bacteria penetrate the root hairs of young roots inside, they cause the formation of nodules and convert the nitrogen contained in the air into a mineral form available to plants. And the plants give the bacteria a special habitat, in which no competition with other species of soil bacteria.

В статье рассматривается использование современных компьютерных технологий при изучении одной из ключевых тем геометрии «Движение». В качестве инструмента обучения используется система динамической геометрии (СДГ) GeoGebra как инновационная технология представления и изучения геометрического материала, обладающая такими дидактическими возможностями как наглядность, моделирование и динамика. Показана возможность применения инструментов СДГ при изучении понятий и свойств, доказательстве теорем, решении задач на построение.

The article presents the results of evaluation of the impact of anthropogenic factors on the river Luchesa using methods of Myer and Nikolaev. Our study confirmed the increase of anthropogenic load on the river in the city compared with similar areas outside the city limits in the summer and autumn.

В данной статье автор поднимает актуальную проблему применения геометрической среды GeoGebra на уроках математики, посвященных изучению геометрических построений. Доказывается целесообразность применения вышеназванной информационной технологии в случаях, когда учителю приходится рисовать на доске множество различных фигур и пытаться изобразить процесс их преобразования. Рассматривается, что среда GeoGebra экономит время на занятиях, предоставляя анимационные чертежи, повышает наглядность по сравнению со статичной картинкой на доске.
