The article provides data confirming the increase in the number of combat veterans over the past two years in the Rostov region. It is clarified that this trend is related to the conduct of a special military operation. The tendency of rejuvenation of the studied contingent is noted, as well as the features of the injuries encountered in them and, accordingly, changes in some features in approaches to the implementation of measures for their comprehensive rehabilitation.

The deposit policy plays a special role in the funding of Russian banks, which is caused by the prevalence of deposit sources in the structure of the resource base of credit institutions. The change in the conditions for raising funds in the economy with considerable volatility causes the expediency of continuous improvement of the methodological foundations in the formation of deposit resources, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The authors summarize the existing scientific base in the field of deposit policy development, the factors affecting the effectiveness of its implementation are presented.
