In modern conditions of the economy, the big challenge for the management decision-making and management. Based on a thorough analysis of available information, the Manager must choose the optimal risk management strategy that is most effective in achieving your goals. Every company is susceptible to risk. The important point is the ability of a Manager to manage your risk and know the methods of decision making under risk.

Для повышения практической значимости работы предлагается уточнить классификацию организаций в целях заблаговременного выявления риска несостоятельности; подчеркивается, что диагностика риска банкротства, основанная на применении различных моделей, нередко показывает противоречивые результаты; рекомендуется дополнять расчеты по модели Альтмана оценкой финансовой устойчивости анализируемых организаций.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

In this article the existing model of national bank supervision, its substantial party are considered. By means of the legal analysis and comparative jurisprudence foreign models of bank supervision, the international standards of the «soft» right are investigated, the analysis of an opportunity and positive sides of change of approach of the operating bank supervision to substantial (risk-focused) is made.

The study examines the parameters of decision making among traders. The risk seeking is studied as professionally important criteria in this group. The aim of the research is to study peculiarities of traders’ decision-making, as well as to identify the characteristics of decision-making of risk-seeking traders. The study has been made based on 630 professional traders. As research methods, the author used specially developed technique according to the type of lottery, which revealed the following parameters of decisions – the tendency for risk-seeking and risk-avoid, a hypothetical benefit, the time to get benefit. The article has also studied the subjective success of traders and their socio-demographic characteristics. The result revealed that the most traders followed a combined strategy and relayed on their own experience. And the risk was associated with high rates of a hypothetical win, which was delayed in time.

Examining this issue, the author revealed shortcomings and vulnerabilities of large fire prevention system and imperfection of the legislative side of the issue and stated their reasons.

The families with children with congenital heart disorder and without it and 105 children with congenital heart disorder are studied. The authors use such research methods as polling and complex clinical and functional examination of children with congenital heart disorder. More important factors, indicating the high risk of the baby with congenital heart disorder impregnation, baby’s formed congenital heart disorder probability, characteristics, designating the chance of live birth with congenital heart disorder are considered.

The clinical forms of ecopathology and clinical and epidemiological features of congenital and acquired diseases of children living in the area of nuclear waste tailings (city Mailu-Suu Kyrgyz Republic) are studied in this article. This article describes the problems of social risks in consumer behavior. Social risks are manifested in the consumer's loss when purchasing or its using of a part of his capacity: money, health or peace of mind. Social risks in consumption are influenced by many factors, chief among which are cultural factors. The authors reveal the impact of cultural factors on the social risks occurrence on the basis of aggregate indicators and data of a sociological survey conducted in the city of Volgograd.
