Авторы, на примере мультимедийных технологий, применяемых на уроке иностранного языка, показывают, как можно повысить эффективность образовательного процесса. Делается вывод о том, что благодаря мультимедийным технологиям, ученики могут создавать свои образовательные продукты и достигать своих целей, предъявляя миру свою творческую активность, а преподаватель может совершенствовать учебный процесс, совершенствуя при этом и самого себя.

Time management is the key to perfectly organizations, there for be the key to great success in life. Time is an abstract value that people can easily slip out the most precious moment in a blink of an eye. To manage such a complex object can be difficult task for youngster without experiment in real life, especially college students. This study gives a general look into third-year Public health majors’ time management and their corresponding to their time schedule. A monolingual questionnaire was designed to generally survey student’s time managing skills as well as some relevant factors that may link to their behaviors towards time management. It has been revealed that a number of students still haven’t in total control of managing time with the lack of essential methods. In addition, procrastination, interruption and disorganization seemed to be the main factors that influenced many students’ management of time. In the recommendation, techniques are suggested to help students organize work and schedule better, also methods to stop procrastinating and improve their time management.

This article deals with activity optimization process, illustrated by the example of the Severodvinsk Child Health Centre №1. It is reported that the medical record department's effectiveness can increase by creating an automized information system with an additional call registration module.

Статья посвящена проблеме правового регулирования медицинской деятельности. Рассмотрены основные аспекты понятий «ятрогения» и «анафилактический шок». Исследованы причины летальных исходов, наступающих вследствие внезапных аллергических реакций, на примере деятельности косметологических кабинетов и частных клиник. Автором сделан вывод о необходимости совершенствования законодательства в сфере медицинской деятельности для превенции летальных исходов, наступающих вследствие внезапных аллерги-ческих реакций.

Авторы статьи рассматривают добровольное медицинское страхование, его социальное значение. различные программы этого страхования, предоставляемые населению. Сделаны выводы о роли добровольного медицинского страхования и необходимости создания федерального закона, регулирующего его деятельность.

The article considers the payment of medical services experience in a hospital with clinical and statistical groups, formed in the system of obligatory medical insurance of the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the analysis of statistical data shows that the use of this method of payment meets the challenges of the single-channel financing, allowing to influence the structure of hospitalization, the use of new medical technologies, the increase in operational activity and contributes to more optimal allocation of limited financial resources in the system of obligatory medical insurance.

The article deals with the problem of the lack of media education of citizens and the need to introduce such a course in schools and universities in the conditions of the modern information warfare, which goal is the impact on mass consciousness with a view to its submission and enslavement in certain geopolitical goals. The author rightly raises the question of the means of protection against the manipulation with consciousness to be possessed by citizens, but since the technology of manipulation of consciousness is used by all the media and politicians, the question arises: is this profitable for the government to train its own citizens to counteract the manipulation.

According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.
