This article is intended to identify advantages of applying process-oriented approach to the increased efficiency of medical support quality management. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve a number of tasks, consisting in the implementation analysis of definitions and identifying the specifics of medical support quality management contributed to confirming formulated hypothesis according to which administrative approach in quality management in the provision of medical services has less managerial potential than the process-oriented method, and it is more oriented to meet the needs of individuals in high-quality and affordable medical care. Theoretical and methodological basis is laid down by principles and aspects of activity and system approach as well as common management patterns acting as programmability of social actions applied in process-oriented approach. The author used methodology of the regulated influence of pursued policies and programs and such sociological methods of work as the collection, analysis, generalization, systematization of information.

As the global economy develops, more and more attention is paid to the creation of tourist clusters, which are extremely important for the economy and national competitiveness. This article analyzes the cluster of medical tourism in Lithuania, and explores the conditions for its successful functioning. The creation of the medical tourism cluster is highly influenced by a number of factors: the regulation of tourist and medical services, the level of entrepreneurial activity, human resources, the experience of partnership. In addition, the article analyzes the structure of the medical tourism cluster, determines the prerequisites for the functioning of the Lithuanian medical tourism cluster, including a wide range of services, European standards for the provision of medical services, high qualification of specialists, etc. When writing the article, the methods of systematic and logical analysis of scientific literature were used.

This article analyzes general trends of the development of Lithuanian medical tourism, as well as relevant problems that hamper its development. The article describes the specialization of the private and public sectors in providing medical services, analyzes the flows of medical tourists to Lithuania, and discusses the concept of clustering medical tourism in the country. In particular, the article contains a SWOT analysis of this sector. When writing the article, the methods of systematic, statistical and logical analysis of scientific literature were used.

The paper outlines the main concepts of intercultural communication in modern foreign language educational environment. Most of these texts are hypertexts that have a multi-layered structure and consist of integrated microtexts. The purpose of this investigation is to give definitions to hypertext, consider its features, peculiarities of its structure, its types and functions. According to the analysis, hypertext is characterized by coherence, meaningfulness, informativeness and combination of verbal and non-verbal means.

In this article the authors analyzed the characteristics of folk medicine of the Kyrgyz people, which had been formed for many centuries. It was noted that the investigation of the traditional Kyrgyz nomadic folk medicine can be used to understand the inside world and spirit of the nomadic Kyrgyz people.

В статье автор рассматривает концепты массовой коммуникации – пропаганду и убеждение. Исследователь проводит четкую грань между этими двумя понятиями, а также выявляет сходства и различия. Автор приходит к выводу, что пропаганда является подсистемой как информации, так и убеждения. Она использует те же техники, что информация и убеждение, однако ее цели простираются дальше: пропаганда не ищет взаимного понимания или взаимного удовлетворения потребностей коммуникатора и аудитории, пропаганда сознательно и систематически ищет способы получения реакций, которые бы соответствовали намерениям пропагандиста.

По мнению авторов, дети с тяжелой степенью нарушения интеллекта являются одной из самых сложных в коррекционном отношении группой учащихся вследствие тяжелого психофизического дефекта и наблюдающихся в большинстве случаев выраженных органических нарушений. При работе с данной категории детей наиболее остро встает вопрос о ее эффективности. В рамках современной концепции специального образования, эта проблема диктует необходимость поиска и использования инновационных методов коррекционно-развивающей работы с данной категорией детей.

The article touches the problem of activation the learning process by means of implementation the educational Internet resources. Seven main forms of educational Internet resources are explicitly described. The appropriateness of using the Internet resources in every particular case is being thoroughly examined.

Экономический вуз активно развивает танцевальный-оздоровительный фитнес, предусмотренный в рамках ФГОС разделом «Элективная физическая культура», позволяющий развивать новые спортивные направления, такие как фитнес. Показано, что целесообразны занятия танцевально-оздоровительным фитнесом низкой интенсивности (LowImpact – ЧСС в пределах 104–114 уд/мин, или 60–74% от ЧСС max) со студентами специальных медицинских групп. С помощью эксперимента исследуется специфика их воздействия на соматическое здоровье студентов. По результатам исследований выявлено, что методика применения танцевально-оздоровительного фитнеса с музыкальным сопровождением на физкультурных занятиях со студентами специальной медицинской группы имеет главное отличие между соотношением и порядком чередования упражнений оздоровительного и танцевального фитнеса. Сопоставляя результат эксперимента, доказывается, что методика применения способствует улучшению соматического здоровья.

В исследуемой статье отмечено, что современная медицина опирается в своем развитии на разные отрасли естествознания, на биологию, физиологию, генетику, она с каждым годом становиться все могущественнее. Медицина как наука прошла своеобразный, и долгий путь развития.

В данной статье рассмотрена значимость и нужность использования поливитаминных комплексов в спортивной медицине. Сформулировано несколько правил по приему данных препаратов при занятии спортом. Представлена краткая информации о наиболее важных витаминах в составе поливитаминных комплексов, что непосредственно указывает на необходимость использования данных комплексов в спортивной медицине в сбалансированном виде и только для индивидуального использования.

Аннотация: в статье анализируются преимущества использования мультимедийных технологий при обучении иностранному языку в современном мире. Авторы обосновывают тот факт, что компьютерные средства обучения повышают мотивацию к изучению иностранного языка, делают процесс образования более продуктивным, помогают раскрыть коммуникативный потенциал студента.

Главным направлением в сфере среднего профессионального медицинского образования является не только получение качественных теоретических знаний, но и должного уровня практической подготовки. В акушерстве и гинекологии отработка практических навыков на пациентах не приемлема. Все это диктует необходимость отработки практических навыков с помощью виртуальных тренажеров-симуляторов, имитаторов пациента. В результате, обучающийся получает первоначальный практический опыт без нанесения вреда пациенту и снятием тревоги и боязни совершения непоправимой ошибки.

Автор исследуемой статьи освещает вопросы современного комплексного подхода к работе рентгенолаборанта. Рассмотрено применение системы для инъекций в процедурах сосудистой, инвазивной хирургии и радиологии.
