The article discusses some ways of protecting intellectual property rights established by civil legislation. The grounds for the use of certain methods of intellectual property rights protection are characterized, their features are highlighted. The similarities and differences of the methods of intellectual property rights protection with the general methods provided for in Article 12 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are studied. It is concluded that intellectual rights are protected by the methods provided for by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the essence of the violation of the right and the consequences of the violation of this right

В данной статье рассматриваются актуальные способы защиты интеллектуальной собственности на территории Российской Федерации. Закрепление в законе интеллектуальной собственности в качестве самостоятельного объекта гражданского права создало условия для самостоятельного участия в гражданском обороте результатов интеллектуальной деятельности и получения материальных благ от их использования. Автор отмечает, что самостоятельная материальная ценность обладания исключительным правом на результат интеллектуальной деятельности состоит именно в способности приносить доход ее обладателю. Необходимо научиться понимать правовую суть и, следовательно, понимать, как применяется в гражданском праве этот объект, охраняется, исходя из того, что интеллектуальная собственность имеет двойственную природу.

Автор отмечает, что в современном экономическом пространстве происходит формирование и развитие экономики знаний, в которой главенствующее значение приобретает интеллектуальная собственность. В статье рассмотрены вопросы, касающиеся сущности и объектов, за которыми законодатель дает возможность закрепить исключительные права, а также указывается значение интеллектуальной собственности в развитии инновационной экономики.

В статье раскрывается сущность международно-правовой охраны авторских прав, правовое регулирование программ международного сотрудничества в области охраны интеллектуальной собственности, а также характеризуются принципы охраны авторских прав.

Статья посвящена базовому вектору развития современного общества.
