«Theoretical calculation of the dependence of ultimate strength of metals on their physical properties based on the “unpacking” concept of substance»
A theoretical estimate of the dependence of ultimate strength on the physical properties of a solid substance—such as density, molecular weight, melting point, and enthalpy of fusion—has been obtained. This dependence explains how these properties influence the material’s strength based on the “unpacking” concept of substance matter. The physical limits of applicability for the concept of “force” in Newtonian mechanics, and its distinction from the “unpacking” concept, are substantiated. This dependence, while similar in form to the Clapeyron-Mendeleev equation for an ideal gas, has a different physical interpretation when applied to the ultimate strength of a solid. The calculated dependence was compared with tabulated data on the ultimate strength of 15 industrial metals. This model allows for the explanation and prediction of ultimate strength values for metals in the periodic table.

«Economic importance and production of oats: an overview»
Oats are the most important food and grain feed crop in Russia. At present, with the development of animal husbandry and the food industry, the demand for oat grain has increased, which can be used both for feed and food purposes. Its grain contains from 10 to 17% protein, starch - 36.1% fat - 4.7%, ash - 3.2, sugar - 2.35, vitamins B1, B2. Oat grain is highly nutritious: 1 kilogram of oat grain corresponds to one feed unit containing 85-92 grams of digestible protein. Oatmeal is well absorbed by the body of animals, therefore it is used for fattening young animals. Recently, oats have become increasingly important as a food crop and are used to obtain food for healthy, dietary and sports nutrition. In the second half of the 20th century, there was a decrease in acreage, which led to a significant drop in oat production.

«The use of alternative fertilizers to increase soil fertility and yield of sunflower in North-Eastern Kazakhstan»
The article contains data from studies conducted in 2015–2016 in the North-Еastern part of Kazakhstan. In the experiments the effect of various doses of non-traditional fertilizer together with mineral fertilizer on the yield of sunflower was investigated. Various doses and ratios of mineral fertilizers have been applied, which can affect the yield of sunflower. As a source material, varieties of sunflower of Russian breeding Zarya and a hybrid of Fortimi USA breeding and non-traditional fertilizers – zeolite are taken. In order to determine the effect on the fertility of soils, the agrochemical characteristics of soils in land areas and the content of mobile forms of nutrients were studied. The main agrochemical characteristics and content of mobile forms of nutrients for soil of land plots are investigated in the article.

The article presents the results of the influence of rainfall on the length of the growing season, yield potential, growth of grain per day and 1 mm of rainfall of such spring wheat varieties which are wide-spread in the Volga-Vyatka region as Irgina, Iren, Ekatherina, Svecha, Gornouralskaya, Svecha, Bazhenka, Zlata, Krasnoufimskaya 100, Simbircit, Omskaya 36, Ekada 70.

«The reaction of Ekaterina wheat variety on the use of chemical and biological means of protection for plants and growth promoters»
The article provides the research relating to the reaction of a new wheat variety “Ekaterina” to the application of chemical and biological plant protection agents and growth stimulants. The high ecological and climatic adaptability of Ekaterina wheat variety has been revealed and this is reflected in an insignificant decrease in crop yields (12–14%) under unfavorable conditions of cultivation in comparison with favorable conditions. The Ekaterina wheat variety have been processed with Grandsil Ultra, Zircon, Izagri Fors, Novosil preparations. This seed processing showed high efficiency during cold wet weather and hot dry-growing season. The effective seed processing of Ekaterina wheat variety with the Rostock, Fitolavin and Strekar preparations has been revealed only during extreme weather conditions.

«Yantarnaya is a new variety of fodder winter rye»
The article has evaluation of four years observation of the prospective varieties of winter rye Yantarnaya in comparison with the standard in the nursery of the competitive variety trial of the Ural Scientific Research Institute for Agriculture in Yekaterinburg and the results of a two year test in the system of FGBU «Gossortkomissiya». A winter rye is widely used for bread baking mainly. This culture has resistance from negative environmental factors. The main cause of limited use of a winter rye grain for forage is high content water-soluble pentosans over 1.5%. They reduce availability of nutrients to an organism. Creation of varieties with low content of water-soluble pentosans is the rational solution of increase in use of parts of grain of a winter rye in forage production. Together with VIR, a variety with the required characteristics was transferred to the state grade testing. The observation took place in 2013–2017, with contrasts on the weather conditions. According to FGBU «Gossorgkomissiya», the variety has high potential productivity and significantly exceeds same low pentosan variety in the yield.

«The influence of sowing period and seeding norm on autumn vegetation, winter hardiness and yield of winter cereal crops»
The winter wheat and triticale in the middle part of the Ural Mountains haven’t been seeded before. The technology of winter crop cultivation should be improved due to the production of new varieties of winter rye. Winter hardiness and yield of winter rye are higher in comparison with winter triticale and especially with winter wheat. The sowing period and the seeding rate influence the amount of yield and winter hardiness. The winter hardiness of winter cereals and the yield of the rye variety Iset sowed on August 25 and the yield of the triticale variety Bashkir short-stalked and wheat Kazanskaya 560 sowed on August 15 were higher. It is important to sow winter grain in local conditions in the second half of August. The sowing this period allows to provide plants with the necessary amount of positive temperatures (450–500 °C). This helps the plants to form 3–4 shoots of tillering and a mass of 10 dry plants reaching 3–5 grams. The winter grain crops in the middle part of the Ural Mountains should be sown with seeding rates of 6 and 7 million of sprouting grains per 1 ha, and the seeds must be cultivated with fungicidal preparation before seeding.

According to the authors, the major factor influencing the product yield in obtaining the mathematical model of the recycling process optimization of the mixture of bentonite clay and silted slurry of alumina production is x1 and x 2. The obtained models provide the opportunity to use the data in studying the recycling process of the mixture of bentonite clay and silted slurry.

The paper presents the characteristics of growth and development of soybean varieties Ivan Karamanov outputted in the Khabarovsk Territory, in the conditions of the Ussuriisk urban district of Primorsky Krai on the shorter photoperiod. Under these conditions, varieties Ivan Karamanov decreased growing season, reduced plant height and the height of the attachment of the lower bean yield was 2.73t \ ha.

«The productivity and reaction of naked oat breeds on weather conditions in the Middle Urals»
In the field experiments the estimation of naked oats on its productivity and suitability for cultivation in the middle Urals region has been made. It is noted that Vladyka and Otakar cultivars are making crop yield at the 88,2–89,7% compare to the district Stayer cultivar, which is the standard in the Sverdlovsk region. The average yield of naked cultivars is from 3.45 (Vladyka) to 3.99 (Otakar) t / ha, which is similar to the zone yield of spring wheat (3.68 t / ha). The authors found out that the protein content in oats grain naked cultivars exceed aristulate ones on 2.9–3.9. The high response of naked cultivars for the integrated plant protection system is registered.

«Field information of spring-planted rape herbicidal defense with preparations of Ltd. "FMRus" in LLC "Start»
In field experiments it was tasked to pick an effective system oto protect of spring rape crops from weeds, allowing to receive stable high productivity from commodity rapeseeds. Evaluation of productivity and suitability for the cultivation of oilseeds on commodity and seeds in the region of the Middle Urals in nine cases of intensification of the use of plant protection products in order to evaluate and use in a production environment. It was found that the studied drugs have unequal impact on the growth and development of plants and yield formation.

During field experiments sorts and new breeding lines of spring barley were sown of FSBNU the Ural Agricultural Research Institute, according to one of promising varieties of foreign and Russian breeding. «Сultivation of spring vetch crops in binary wiki for the purpose of seed production for forage production needs of the Middle Urals»
Field experiments sorts were sown and the research was carried out on the cultivation of spring vetch on seeds in binary sowings with spring rape and white mustard. The authors evaluated their productivity and suitability for cultivation in the Middle Ural region with the aim of develop recommendations for manufacturing.
