Based on patterns of tumor growth and its manifestations developed visual clinical symptoms at different localizations, whose knowledge allows the student and General practitioners through the «prism» of «system signals» more deliberately to grasp the educational material presented in the textbook and practically to solve the problem of early detection of tumor diseases and previous pathological processes. Our more than 20 years of experience in the use of this approach in Oncology, demonstrates the effectiveness of increasing cancer awareness and alertness of General practitioners.

Innovative activity at rural school represents difficult, contradictory process as modern requirements and tasks from society and the state not always have concrete outlines. The results of empirical studies on the formation of civic identity of student's youth in the conditions of regional educational polymental space discussed in the monograph. The study, which was attended by 300 university students of the Chuvash Republic, was aimed at studying the civil and ethnic identity, civil identity characteristics (strength and valence), factors of consolidation, responsibility for what is happening on the different social distances, significance human rights and freedoms in the representation of student youth.

In the early thirties of the XX century in the Soviet Russia cardinal school «counterreform» has been carried out. Her essence consisted in refusal of the ideas of the humanistic pedagogics seeking to develop individual approach to pupils and to strengthen a subject position of students in pedagogical process. In exchange the Soviet comprehensive school has received the most cruel regulation of teaching and educational process and one-man management. The educational purposes of school, i.e. the purposes of educational activity set from the outside both to the teacher, and pupils became primary. All other purposes of work of school submitted to educational. School teachers became the only subjects of teaching and educational process.
