The article examines the increasing role of trade unions in Vietnam in the implementation of social protection of employees.

The paper studies the reasons for the emergence of capitalism in Europe and not in China using the methods of international regional studies. With the emergence of capitalism, the European economy developed rapidly. However, the development of Chinese economy was slow due to the certain reasons: geographical, economic, political and so on. The author presents international regional analysis of the reasons for emergence of capitalism in Europe.

The article is devoted to the mutual trade and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia. The author points out that current political situation in the South Caucasus region and balance of power contribute to creation of preconditions for the development of Armenian-Georgian relations and raise them to a qualitatively new level. These relations are based not on political, but on trade economic benefit-oriented considerations. The author comes to the conclusion that political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia is in many ways based on trade and energy transit through Georgian territory and it is comparatively small, though it keeps gradually growing. For example, already in 2017 Georgia was the sixth largest trade partner of Armenia in export volume (USD 155212.5 thousand).

The article is devoted to the types and peculiarities of regulation of non-traditional trademarks. Non-traditional trademarks are considered to be: sound, volume, olfactory, taste and other designations. The most common non-traditional trademarks are sound marks. Non-traditional trademark must have a distinctive ability. There are different approaches to the criteria for the protection of non-traditional trademarks in the laws of foreign countries. The problem of the use of non-traditional trademarks is currently particularly relevant. But, despite the difficulties in their registration, every year there are new types of symbols.

According to the author, the geographically adjacent countries of China and Russia have strongly complementary economic structures and have seen rapid development of economic and trade cooperation in recent years, but overall trade between them is relatively low in volume and lacks variety in structure. The study examines the parameters of decision making among traders. The risk seeking is studied as professionally important criteria in this group. The aim of the research is to study peculiarities of traders’ decision-making, as well as to identify the characteristics of decision-making of risk-seeking traders. The study has been made based on 630 professional traders. As research methods, the author used specially developed technique according to the type of lottery, which revealed the following parameters of decisions – the tendency for risk-seeking and risk-avoid, a hypothetical benefit, the time to get benefit. The article has also studied the subjective success of traders and their socio-demographic characteristics. The result revealed that the most traders followed a combined strategy and relayed on their own experience. And the risk was associated with high rates of a hypothetical win, which was delayed in time.

Показано, что Россия имеет больше конкурентных преимуществ по четырем относительным экспортно-импортным характеристикам и двум показателям диверсификации в сырьевых и капиталоемких секторах. Паритет между обоими странами наблюдался в секторах: электронные компоненты, одежда, IT & потребительская электроника.
