Annotation: the article emphasizes the relevance of improving the quality of training in costume design using creative techniques. The problems encountered by teachers in the process of teaching fashion design and ways to solve them are considered. In particular, the method of morphological analysis is described, which allows teachers of special disciplines to develop students' creative abilities more effectively. It tells about the systematization of the search for new ideas by introducing the "Morphological box" method into the educational process. The importance of the formation of professional competencies for the training of competitive domestic specialists is emphasized. In this article it is studied how various factors in combination influence the formation of intellectual property institution and influence the development of the innovative activity of the Russian economy. The effect of each factor on the share of innovation production in the total output in the Russian economy is calculated. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are given on the development of the innovative activity of the Russian economy through the development of selected factors.

The authors consider two intermediaries: the intermediary between the world of the nature and the person – means of work or "fixed capital" of a society as productive force of social activities, and the intermediary inside a society – cost in the form of money without what it is impossible to define labour productivity and structural transformations in a society. The article gives engineering understanding of productive force and productivity of the process equipment by the example of calculation and a choice of the automatic transfer line.

The monograph states that one of the stages of machine-hardware complex development at the enterprise as a set of technical objects is the design of process scheme, selection and justification of the applied equipment. One of criteria of efficiency of the project is the total cost of equipment and operations including, as a special factor, the associated costs for its creation. Associated costs are calculated as a percentage of the cost of the new equipment, calculated on the basis of the empirical power function model with adequate for further use accuracy.

Проанализированы качественные характеристики бизнес-процесса. Обозначены результаты внедрения процессно-ориентированного управления затратами и результатами. Приведена модель экономики бизнеса предприятия, которая позволила бы формировать информацию о бизнес-процессах в системе учета и планирования, позволяющей составить бюджеты в разрезе бизнес-процессов, учитывать фактические данные и сопоставлять полученные результаты с указанием ответственного за выполнение каждого технологического процесса и бизнес-процесса в целом.

This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.
