The article describes the women’ characters in Turgenev’s novels, discovers that there is the character of “demonical woman”, which is used in the novels often enough, besides the character of “Turgenev’s young lady”, representing his novels. According to the author the character of “demonical woman” is associated with author’s philosophic point of view about nature and with his love concept, this character is found in the novels, representing love as a fateful power which brings under control freedom. These women’ characteristic features are power and strong personality. The author considers that the character of “demonical woman” is created by Turgenev in real and unreal manners.

Abstract: this article is devoted to the interconnection of national and international law by the example of court practice of European Court of Human Rights (international law as an example) and Russian Constitutional Court (national and domestic law as an example). Problems arising during development process of urban transport system are presented. Main principles of development of Samara urban transport system are expounded. Development concepts of the road network of the urban district Samara are formulated.

The article discovers the features of the method of proverbs at English lessons of the students of nonlinguistic specialties. Теперь они не зрители и наблюдатели, а активные участники в жизни своего ребенка. Такие изменения позволяют говорить об эффективности использования современных форм в работе с родителями.

Semantic analysis of terms denoting fathers and mothers reveal new trends in the society, gender asymmetries, connotations and hidden implications.
