The article focuses on the use of computer and projector in teaching IT-students English with the help of multimedia presentations and educational videos. The principles of organization and use of educational material in various stages of the presentation are described. Some aspects of learning grammar and speech by the example of educational videos are presented, sample assignments are offered and the appropriate conclusions about the benefits of advisable application of ICT are drawn.

Today, more than ever, there is increased role of professional training of police officers. For a full exploration of the basics of the fire preparation, mastering the professional skills necessary systematic targeted training. The frequency and sequence of activities must ensure the formation of sustainable skills. Mastering the skills of shooting at moving targets is able to significantly improve the level of professional training of law enforcement officers.

In modern educational practice, there is an increasing number of preschool children with impairments in the socio-communicative sphere. The aim of this work was to develop and test a system of corrective educational work aimed at developing communication skills in children of the middle group through play activities and dialogic interaction. The methodology is based on the principles of L.S. Vygotsky's cultural-historical approach and D.B. Elkonin's theory of play activity. After a year of systematic work, 90% of the children developed stable skills in resolving conflicts through verbal means, the number of aggressive manifestations significantly decreased, and the proportion of cooperative play activities increased. The results obtained demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods and can be recommended for use in preschool educational institutions.
