В статье рассматривается новая педагогическая «вытягивающая модель обучения». Автором анализируются Hard skills (жесткие) и Soft skills (мягкие) компетенции и их применение в образовательном процессе.

В статье определяются критерии понятия «молодой специалист» и проводится обзор демографической ситуации в стране в разрезе показателей занятости населения и структуры высшего и среднего специального образования, перечисляются основные технологии адаптации молодых кадров, и обосновывается их значимость для организации. В качестве рекомендаций автор определяет основные задачи отдела кадров на этапе отбора и адаптации молодежи в современных условиях.

This article deals with the topical issue of development of communication skills in primary school students, which affects not only the further effectiveness of their education, but also the entire process of their personal growth and socialization as a whole.

The purpose of the study was to compare skills of mental imagery among cadets and juniors of the Greco-Roman wrestling. To achieve this goal Bump questionnaire was used as an instrument to measure the level of skills for creating mental images in the practice of an athlete.
